成がなされ、赤外線バーナ3はプレス成型品15と熱輻射
板4の嵌合孔16を有し、嵌合孔の16の周縁に熱輻射板4
の挿入用に先端18を開いたプレス成形品17と圧接挾持
し、嵌合孔16にセラミックプレート製の2枚の同一形状
の熱輻射板4の側面にガスシールパッキン19を巻き付け
圧入している。上記構成において焼成調理器1の前面下
部開口部6より庫内2に入った新鮮な2次空気が、赤外
線バーナ3を傾斜させ、グリルカバー23に設置している
ため、自然対流が充分に行なわれ傾斜された熱輻射板4
の赤熱部に充分に供給され、さらに、焼成調理器1の後
部下部開口部25より入った新鮮な2次空気は整流板26を
介在して庫内2に入り赤外線バーナ3の熱輻射板4に供
給され、燃焼された排気ガスは排気口7より排出され
る。すなわち、後部下部開口部25より入った新鮮な2次
空気は、整流板26を介在させないと流入速度が速いた
め、前面開口部6より入った新鮮な2次空気が熱輻射板
4後部で乱流現象となり、自然対流が充分出来ず燃焼不
良が発生する。従って、整流板26は前面下部開口部6と
後部下部開口部25より入る新鮮な2次空気を整流させる
効果がある。又、整流板26をさらに長くするという構成
も考えられるが長くするの熱輻射板4の下部に張り出し
焼き網5の面上への輻射面積が減小する。さらに整流板
24を短かくすると整流効果がなくなり燃焼不良が発生す
る。従って、整流板26は赤外線バーナ3の熱輻射板4と
一定空間を保持し設置された構成とし、燃焼性能の改善
に有効な手段であることを示す。
