Abstract

PURPOSE:To make separation over an external wall settled with excellent waterproofness given by a method wherein an aramid fiber sheet is stuck to the surface of a mortar layer that is in the state of separation, and a number of repairing pins are driven from the surface of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Examination is made by means of knocking inspection or the like on parts that are in the state of separation over building concrete 1 out of mortar layer 2 forming the surface layer of the building concrete 1. Then, an aramid fiber sheet 3 is put over the surface extending over a certain area including the aforementioned parts that are in the state of separation, and is stuck to the surface through an adhesive layer 7 made of high waterproofing synthetic resin. A number of repairing pins 4 such as anchor bolts are driven from the surface into the building concrete 1, and thereby the sheet is stuck close to the building concrete 1 together with the mortar layer 2 that is in the state of separation. After that synthetic resin paint or the like is applied over the surface of the aramid fiber sheet 3, and thereby a decorated coating layer 5 is formed.

2. Description of the Related Art As for the outer wall of an aged concrete building, the mortar layer floats from the skeleton concrete and may peel off from the skeleton concrete, causing a serious accident. As a method of repairing the outer wall float, a method of peeling the lifted mortar layer to form a new outer wall on the surface of the concrete skeleton and a method of driving a mortar float repair pin and at the same time solidifying the periphery with an epoxy resin are used.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a cross section of an outer wall of a building repaired by the method of the present invention, in which 1 is a skeleton concrete,
2 is a mortar layer formed on the outer surface,
The above is no different from the structure before repair. Reference numeral 3 denotes an aramid fiber sheet such as a non-woven fabric made of aramid fiber, paper made of aramid fiber, or net made of aramid fiber, which is added to the surface of the mortar layer 2 lifted from the skeleton concrete 1.
The aramid fiber sheet 3 has the surface of the mortar layer 2 so that the mortar layer 2 lifted up by the repairing pins 4 such as a large number of anchor bolts driven from the surface toward the skeleton concrete 1 is pressed against the skeleton concrete 1. The aramid fiber sheet 3 is covered with a decorative coating layer 5 of epoxy resin paint or the like applied to the surface thereof, and the head of the repair pin 4 is also accurately hidden.

Next, the repair process of the present invention will be described in order. First, the part of the mortar layer 2 that has deteriorated and rises above the skeleton concrete 1 is investigated by tapping sound inspection and the like is included. The aramid fiber sheet 3 is attached to the surface of a certain range, and is fixed by the repair pin 4 that is driven toward the skeleton concrete 1. In addition, in this case, the drill bit shown in FIG.
It is preferable that a plurality of holes 6 each having a predetermined depth are evenly formed from the mortar layer 2 to the skeleton concrete 1 as shown in FIG.

The aramid fiber sheet 3 is made of aramid fiber having excellent tensile strength, toughness, heat resistance, light weight and water resistance, and has a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm. As shown in FIG. 3, such an aramid fiber sheet 3 is preferably adhered to the surface of the mortar layer 2 through a synthetic resin adhesive layer 7 having excellent water resistance, and then the surface thereof is A plurality of anchoring bolts 4 such as anchor bolts are driven toward the skeleton concrete 1, and the raised mortar layer 2 and the mortar layer 2 are attached exactly to the skeleton concrete 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the surface of the aramid layer 3 may be coated with a synthetic resin paint or the like by a conventional method to form the decorative coating layer 5.

The outer wall thus obtained has the appearance as if the surface of the outer wall was covered with the decorative coating layer 5 and the floating mortar layer was peeled off to form a new outer wall on the skeleton concrete surface. In Although,
As mentioned above, since the floating mortar layer is not peeled off, there is no scattering of dust or mortar pieces during construction, and there is no large amount of waste, so construction is extremely easy. Can be significantly reduced. Moreover, the aramid fiber sheet 3 exhibits excellent tensile strength and elasticity, and is reinforced by the decorative coating layer 5 such as synthetic resin paint impregnated and coated on the outer wall surface so that it is covered with the decorative iron plate. It becomes like a scabbard, and it also exhibits excellent waterproofness, accurately prevents the mortar layer 2 from shrinking and expanding and newly generating cracks, and is reinforced by the decorative coating layer 5 as described above. Further, the aramid fiber sheet 3 exhibits excellent strength, so that the outer wall is reliably prevented from falling. Moreover, since the aramid fiber sheet 3 is lightweight, there is no fear of applying an extra load to the outer wall, unlike the reinforcement by the iron plate.

In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the holes 6 drilled in the skeleton concrete 1 are used, and the raised mortar layer 2 is fixed to the skeleton concrete 1 side together with the aramid fiber sheet 3 by a normal anchor pin. As a product in which the decorative coating layer 3 is formed on the surface of the aramid fiber sheet 3 after that, the aramid fiber sheet 3 is mechanically firmly held to the skeleton concrete 1 to improve the fall prevention property of the outer wall. But
A molten resin such as epoxy resin, acrylic resin or urethane resin is injected into the hole 6 when the anchor pin is driven, and the resin component is solidified around the repair pin 4 and the aramid fiber The aramid fiber sheet 3 can be impregnated into the sheet 3 as well.
Is more firmly held to the skeleton concrete 1, and the fall prevention property of the outer wall is further improved.

As described above, in the present invention, the decorative coating layer 5 is firmly adhered to and integrated with the mortar layer 2 through the intermediate layer made of the aramid fiber sheet 3, so that the tensile strength and elasticity are improved. The above-mentioned aramid fiber sheet 3 has cracks in the decorative coating layer 5 and exhibits excellent waterproofness, and the high-strength aramid fiber sheet 3 reliably holds the mortar layer 2 and is excellent. It will exhibit the fall prevention property. Further, the repair method of the present invention does not require any complicated processing steps, and thus is extremely excellent in work efficiency.
