スは2分割体にして絶縁支持台を受けさせる底部側で略
U字形の固定用金具を挟んでボルト締結してなることを

[実施例] 本発明の実施例について第1図乃至第3図によって詳細
に説明する。第1図は第3図に横断面図として示してい
る平形ケーブルに本発明を適用した場合の一実施例であ
り、(a)は正面図、(b)は側面図、(c)は側面一
部断面図である。第3図における、ケーブル10の先端で
多数の導体1の共通被覆である絶縁物2を剥取った後、
露出された導体1に金属性スリーブ11を圧縮して取付け
る。該導体1に圧縮して取付けた金属性スリーブ11を穴
付絶縁支持台12上に懸架し、これを絶縁カバー13でカバ
ーして、これらを一括して2分割形の吊止用金属ケース
7の中に設置し、ボルト8a、8b、で吊止用金属ケース7
を組立て一体とする。吊止用金属ケース7の組立に際し
て、挟持用金具として、第1図(b)に示すような形
の金具9を用い、これを金属製ケース7の底部側に挟ん
でボルト締結することで、ケーブル10の加重が最も集中
する当該金属製ケース7の底部側のボルト締結がより強
固なものとなり、もって、2分割の金属製ケース7であ

縁対策が施され、ひいては碍子等の付帯部材が不要とな
り吊止部のスペースを大幅に縮小でき、また、絶縁支持
台及び絶縁カバーを囲む金属製ケースが2分割でボルト
締めされたものであるため、必要に応じて内部の点検が
容易に行え、従って、簡潔で場所をとらず、且つ必要に
応じ解体可能で内部が容易に確認できるケーブル吊止装
置を提供するという所期の目的は十分に達成できるもの
