2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, sanitary paper that is easily used in the home or tissue paper, which is one of the household thin papers, is used to wipe off the cream and oil applied to the face, and is currently used as an alternative to the conventional dust paper. Widely spread in each household,
It is commonly used in business establishments. In addition, chemical pulp is used as a raw material, and it is widely used that a small amount of polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin type wet strength resin is used because it is hard to tear, flexible, fluff-free, and water resistant. A large number of such tissue papers are stored in a rectangular box body in a laminated form and used while sequentially pulling out the papers from a paper outlet provided on the upper wall thereof. Then, for example, when one sheet is drawn out, the paper piece of the next paper is projected from the drawing-out port, and the paper is sequentially used while pinching the protruding piece. Therefore, when the amount of tissue paper is low, even if the paper is pulled out, the protruding piece of the next paper cannot protrude from the outlet, which makes the tissue paper remaining on the bottom of the box very difficult to remove. There was a drawback.

Therefore, recently, when a perforation is cut on the bottom wall of a tissue paper storage box and the paper is running low, the portion formed by the cut is pushed inward. It is known that a raised portion is formed by using this to raise the lower surface that supports the rest of the tissue paper to a high position so that the paper piece of the next paper can be projected. Although it is possible to obtain the action for the sheets, it is difficult to surely perform the projecting action of the paper pieces up to the final remaining paper, and it is impossible to reliably pull out the sheets one by one. In addition, there is a problem that paper is often wasted by making it complicated and pulling out all the rest.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 6 shows a case where the push-up device 20 according to the above-mentioned embodiment is used by being stacked in two stages. In this case, when the elastic force of the rubber member 44 is set so as to correspond to the pushing-up force of the tissue paper of one box, the paper of two boxes is made to smoothly project the paper piece of the next paper. Since it is pushed up by such an elastic push-up force, it is possible to form a deep type storage box in which the number of sheets of paper stored is much larger than in the conventional case.

When manufacturing and using this automatic tissue paper pushing-up mechanism 10, first, as shown in FIG. 5, the pushing-up device 20 is accommodated in advance in the box 12 with the mounting portion 22 facing upward. While pushing down the mounting portion 22 against the elastic contracting force of the biasing member 28, that is, the pushing-up force, the paper storage portion is formed and the tissue paper is stored to the full state. In this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the mounting portion 22 of the push-up device is completely pushed down and the entire device 20 is expanded and contracted and held in a flat plate shape. From this state, the uppermost tissue paper 14 is pulled out from the outlet 16 and used. In successive use, when the tissue paper is pulled out by a known stacking method of sandwiching papers with each other, the upper paper piece 18 of the next paper is projected outward from the outlet 16.

The elastic contraction force of the rubber member 44, such as a wheeled refuse of the push-up device 20, of the box body 12 when the remaining tissue paper at the lowermost portion becomes about one third to one quarter. The height of the mounting portion 22 is set to be displaced to about 80 to 90% of the height. That is, at this height position, the elastic force of the rubber member 44 is set so that no load is applied to it. Therefore, when the mounting portion 22 is pushed down from this, the main leg and the auxiliary leg 2 are set with the intersection line portion 36 as a fulcrum.
4, 26 are folded, and at this time, the rubber member 44 exerts elastic contraction force. As a result, as the paper is pulled out one by one from the full state, the appropriate elastic push-up force acts, and the projection action of the paper piece of the next paper is surely performed until the last one sheet,
In addition, it is possible to pull out one by one very smoothly.

Further, in the present embodiment, the lifting stop device 5
An initial lift assisting member 60 is provided on the upper surface of the second horizontal plate 56. The initial lifting assisting member 60 is formed in a solid box shape made of, for example, an elastic material having high expandability such as sponge. In the initial lift assisting member 60, the fulcrum as the pivot of the intersection 36 is formed by the rubber member 44 as the urging member 28 when the push-up device 20 is contracted as shown in FIG. 5 in the first embodiment. Therefore, the box body 1 is placed in such a position that it overlaps the straight line portion.
In the case where the tissue paper in 2 is gradually used and the load is also gradually reduced, the lifting operation of both legs by the biasing member 28 may not be performed. In order to prevent this, the initial lifting assisting member formed of an elastic body on the upper surface of the horizontal plate 56 is assumed to elastically raise the position of the intersecting portion 36 as the load is gradually reduced by compressing the push-up device 20. By attaching 60, this can be achieved. That is, the initial lifting assisting member 60 is provided to assist the initial lifting operation of the main leg 24 and the auxiliary leg 26.

The thrust plate 66 has a required length, and the tip 66a of the push-up device 20 is in a free state when the pushing-up device 20 is contracted as shown in FIG. As the heights of the legs and the sub-legs become higher and the intersecting line portion 36 also becomes higher, the tip portion 66a thereof approaches the intersecting line portion 36, and further, the intersecting line portion 36 and the tip portion 6 of the veneer 66.
Since the bent end 64 and the mounting portion 22 are flexibly fixed when the 6a abuts on each other, the mounting portion on the side 22a of the auxiliary leg 26 is prevented from tilting upward (lifting and tilting). As a result, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, when a box body having a deep depth is formed and the push-up device 20 is used by being stacked in two stages, one of the mounting portions of the push-up device located in the lower stage is lifted up. It is possible to prevent it from being tilted and fallen and not functioning in the box body. As a result, the mounting portion 22 does not tilt and is stable, so even when two or more push-up mechanisms are stacked and used. The push-up device operates stably.
