[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial application] The present invention relates to an improvement in a rigid electric power line, and it is intended to supplement the strength of the connection at the seam of the electric power line and prevent the occurrence of a sliding contact surface step. To aim.

[Prior Art] Japanese Patent Application No. 60-136094 discloses a structure in which a booster bar is attached to a steel rail via copper spacers arranged at predetermined intervals. The use of seam spacers at rail seams to supplement conductivity is also shown therein. However, there is a concern that the mechanical strength of both rails may be insufficient at the seam and a step may occur at the sliding contact portion, but this point is not mentioned. However, the rail product standards only allow an error of up to 1.5 mm in terms of cross-sectional height, plus or minus. Therefore, rapid wear of the pantograph sliding plate cannot be avoided unless a means for aligning and firmly connecting the sliding contact portions to the rail joint is added. It was necessary to increase the joint strength and solve this step difference.

The rigid train line is formed by connecting a plurality of rails one after another with their ends abutting each other to form a connection body having a length of about 400 m. The seam referred to in the present invention is the seam that constitutes this connecting body. This connecting body fixes one point in the central portion and supports the other portion so that it can expand and contract to prepare for temperature changes. The connection body and the connection body are connected by a so-called air joint and are not related to the present invention.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] It is necessary to integrate both rails that are supported so that there is no step at the sliding contact portion with a connecting member that straddles both rails. Even if they are aligned with each other, it is inevitable that a slight step will appear at the seam on the flat surface of the rail. When one rail is used as a reference, the step of the other rail may be in the positive direction or in the negative direction. In either case, the connecting member needs to have a structure that can be easily handled by adjusting the shim. In the present invention, a connecting member having two high and low surfaces on one side is used.

[Examples] The drawings will be described. The steel rail 1 includes a flat member 1a, a sliding contact portion 1b, and a web 1c. The steel rails 2 also have the same shape and both end faces are abutted, but the sliding contact portions of both are aligned, and there is no step. Each of the spacers 3 and 4 is a rectangular copper plate, which is brazed to the web of the rails 1 and 2, and has a U-shaped groove on the outer surface. A space spacer 5 having the same cross section as that of the spacers 3 and 4 is filled between the spacers 3 and 4.

The steel fitting 8 is a strip-shaped body having one surface as a reference plane and the other surface as a stepped high and low flat surface. The high surface of this is welded to the flat surface of one rail in advance by factory work. At the installation site, the free end of the rail is exposed on the flat surface of another rail.

After the shim 9 is inserted and filled in the gap between the two, the bolt 10 is tightened. The shim 9 is a thin steel plate, and its thickness can be changed by adjusting the number of sheets.

[Effect] Since it is filled with shims, the steel fittings are tightened reasonably, and there is no risk of a step being created at the sliding contact part of the rail. Regardless of whether the other step is positive or negative with respect to the steel metal fitting welding side rail, the corresponding adjustment can be made by the shim, and both rails can have strong connection strength.
