【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は剛体電車線の改良に関するもので、同電車線の
継目における接続の強度を補い併せて摺接面段差の発生

[従来の技術] 特願昭60−136094に於いて、鋼レールへ所定間
隔で配置した銅スペーサを介し、ブースタバーを添着す
る構造が開示されている。レールの継目には継目スペー
サを用いて導電性を補うこともそこで示されている。し
かし継目において両レールの機械的強度不足の懸念があ
りまた摺接部で段差を生じる恐れもあるが、その点には
触れていない。ところがレールの製品規格は断面高さに
ついて正負合わせて1.5mmまでの誤差を許容するに過
ぎない。従ってレール継目には摺接部を一線に揃え強固
に接続する手段を附加しておかないと、パンタ摺板の急
速な損耗が避けられない。継目強度を増やすと同時にこ

一方のレールを基準にすると他方レールの段差は正方向
の場合もあり、負方向の場合もある。連結部材はその何
れの場合にも、シム調節により無理なく対応可能な構造
とする必要がある。本考案では片側に高低2面を備える

であり、両者は端面を突合わせているが、両者の摺接部
は一線に揃え、段差なしにしてある。スペーサ3,4は
何れも方形銅板で、夫々レール1,2のウェブへロウ接
され、外面にはコ形溝を備える。スペーサ3,4の間に

あっても、シムによる対応調節が可能であり、両レール
