It is configured such that the relative conveying speed of the side roller and the pulling side roller is set to a ratio of about 1: 2. As a cutting method, for example, as shown in FIG.
With the holes on the both edges as guides, the rollers 3
3, the distance between the rollers 4, 4'on the pulling side and the blade 5 is set to the cutting size D, and the continuous paper 1 is nipped by the pair of rollers 1 and 2, and at the moment of being pulled, the continuous paper 1 is fed to the paper conveying line. On the other hand, the perforation 6 hits the blade 5 projecting upward or downward by about 10 mm, and is cut from this, and the feeding side rollers 3, 3'and the pulling side roller 4,
4 ', at least one pair of rollers has a structure capable of contact and separation,
A method is known in which the continuous paper 1 is sandwiched at the moment when the perforation comes under the vertically moving blade 5, and the continuous paper is cut.

It is necessary to adjust the timing so that it coincides with the perforations 6 or acts at least in the vicinity thereof. Therefore, when performing the cutting operation, it is necessary to measure the cutting length, that is, the perforation distance in advance, and adjust the cutting device so that the blade always matches the perforation, which is troublesome.

In a continuous paper cutting device comprising a roller, a pulling side roller for pulling the continuous paper at a speed faster than the feeding speed, and a blade which is between the rollers and gives a trigger for cutting the continuous paper along the perforations. , The distance between the pulling side roller and the blade should be less than the minimum perforation of the continuous paper to be cut, and the above for each common maximum module (basic dimensions) of the continuous paper to be cut from when the leading edge of the continuous paper reaches the pulling roller A blade that generates tension between both rollers and triggers cutting at the same time acts on the continuous paper, and the blade presses the perforations. It is configured to cut from the perforations when a force is applied, and after that, for each tension cycle applied until the cutting with the blade first, the cutting operation of continuous paper with the blade from the next time is performed. It is configured to do.

In the case of cutting, tension is applied to the continuous paper 1 so that the blade comes into contact with the continuous paper every time 1/6 inch paper, which is the maximum common module (common basic size), is fed,
The blade 5, which is on the delivery roller 3, 3'side by a distance shorter than the minimum cutting length L than the pulling roll 4, 4 ', always matches the perforation 6 at any perforation spacing in any continuous paper. Or, a situation occurs in which there is contact with the vicinity.

From the next time, the tension is applied at each cycle and the blade 5 is made to act. In this case, the blade always acts on or near the perforations and the required cutting is performed.

成されてある。FIG. 1 is an explanatory side view of an embodiment of the present invention, in which a perforated continuous paper 1 is conveyed by a pin tractor 2 using the holes on both side edges as guides and fed between the rollers 3, 3 on the delivery side. The distance between the pulling side rollers 4 and 4'and the blade 5 is set to the normally used minimum cutting size L, and the continuous paper 1 as shown in FIG. 2 is sandwiched between these roller pairs 3 and 4. , At least one pair of rollers 3 and 3'on the sending side and rollers 4 and 4'on the pulling side can be brought into contact with and separated from each other, and continuous paper is formed at the moment when perforation 6 comes under blade 5 which moves up and down. 1 is sandwiched to cut continuous paper.

In order to do so, the tension is applied between the two sets of rollers each time the paper is fed by the distance corresponding to the greatest common divisor, and the blade 5 is brought into contact with the continuous paper each time.

If tension is applied to the continuous paper 1 every time 1/6 inch paper is fed, the pulling roll 4,
The blade 5 located on the delivery side rollers 3, 3'side by the minimum cutting length L from 4'will always coincide with the perforation 6 regardless of the perforation spacing in any continuous paper.

が確実に行われることになる。Therefore, when the blade 5 and the perforation 6 match as described above, the cutting is performed at the perforation 6, so it is detected how many times the paper has been sent, and thereafter, the continuous paper is provided for a period corresponding to that period. If the tension is applied after sending 1 and the blade acts at the same time, the blade 5 and the perforation 6 are always aligned with each other, and the sheet cutting is surely performed.

させなくてもよい。If the distance between the blade and the pulling side roller is smaller than the minimum perforation length of the continuous paper to be cut, the perforation can be reduced by applying tension to the continuous paper to shorten the feeding cycle. Since the blade can be brought into contact with the vicinity to perform cutting along the perforations, the distance between the blade and the pulling side roller does not necessarily have to match the minimum cutting unit.

Good. It should be noted that, instead of the optical sensor composed of the light emitting element 7 and the light receiving element 8 provided as the paper cutting detection mechanism, a pressure sensor for detecting the disappearance of the pressure between the paper and the blade due to the paper cutting, and an impact generated when the paper is cut An impact sensor or the like for sensing may be used.

After that, since the tension application and the blade contact may be performed based on the length, the operation can be simplified and the work efficiency can be improved.
