等の無機質系骨材を添加した合成樹脂系レベリング材等
が知られている。

な従来の無機質材料系のレベリング材はもちろん、合成
樹脂系のレベリング材であっても十分は平滑性が得られ
なかった。通例、セメント系等の無機質材料系のレベリ
ング材で平坦さは3mの長さに対して6mm程度、合成樹脂
系レベリング材であっても4mm程度である。

である。本出願人らはその後の検討の結果、合成樹脂に
添加混入する軽量骨材にあらかじめ合成樹脂被覆処理を
施しておき、これを該合成樹脂に添加混入することによ
って、本発明の目的である超平滑な床仕上げを得るに至
った。

本発明の要旨ともなる合成樹脂被覆処理軽量骨材(以下
被覆骨材という。)の調製にあたっては、使用される液
状の合成樹脂としては、エポキシ系樹脂、ポリウレタン
系樹脂、シリコーン系樹脂などであり、硬化後の硬度、
耐久性等の面でエポキシ系樹脂が好ましく、中でもビス
フェノールA型、ビスフェノールF型等の常温で液状の
エポキシ樹脂が好ましく、これに粘度調整のためにブチ
ルグリシジルエーテル、o−クレシルグリシジルエーテ
ル等の反応性希釈剤やDOP、DBP、ベンジルアルコール等
の非反応性希釈剤、界面活性剤等が添加されてもよい
が、硬化剤を添加する必要はない。また、軽量骨材をジ
エチレントリアミン、トリエチレンテトラミン等の常温
で液状の硬化剤あるいは上記の希釈剤等のみで被覆して
もさしつかえない。

ライト(商品名)、旭硝子(株)Q−CEL(商品名)な
どがある。該軽量骨材の見掛け比重が高い場合にはSL材
の調合液の下層に沈降し、逆に低い場合には浮上するよ
うな現象が起きるため、該軽量骨材の見掛け比重は合成
樹脂の比重と同程度であることが好ましい。また粒子径
については、粒子径が20ミクロン未満では調合液が増粘
し、チクソトロピック性が増してセルフレベリング性が
悪くなり、一方粒子径が500ミクロンを超すと、表面仕
上り外観が悪くなるという難点がある。該軽量骨材は上
記の合成樹脂100重量部に対して260部以上添加して被覆
するのが好ましく、260重量部未満ではパテ状となり流
動性がなくなって好ましくない。

ましく、該エポキシ系樹脂としてはビスフェノールA
型、ビスフェノールF型等の常温において液状のエポキ
シ樹脂で、硬化剤としてはジエチレントリアミン、トリ
エチレンテトラミンなど常温で液状で、かつ常温硬化す
るアミン類が好ましく、該被覆骨材の添加混入量は、該
合成樹脂100重量部に対して50〜500重量部であることが
好ましい。
