A static mixer is equipped with multiple mixing modules that are installed in the fluid flow path and collide with each other to mix fluids (including contact, mixing, dispersion, etc.) in a pipe that allows multiple fluids to pass through. Is widely used as a device.
Conventionally, in order to improve the mixing effect, the technology of improving the structure of the mixing module is disclosed in JP-A-55-47127, JP-A-56-62531, JP-B-57-71627, and JP-KOKAI. It is proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-38653.
Such a conventional static mixer is generally used as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in the figure, the static mixer 50 is used by being fixed by a flange 53 between the pipes 51 and 52, and the fluid I (for example, liquid) and the fluid II (for example, liquid) sent from the tank 54 by the pump 55 are used. (Air) is mixed to produce a mixing effect.
However, when the conventional static mixer is attached, since the tubular body loaded with the mixing module is made of a steel pipe, a hard PVC pipe, or the like, it is necessary to perform the centering when the flange is attached. was there. This is because if the cores are not aligned, liquid leakage may occur. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time and effort for such centering.
Further, in order to prevent the rotation of the module due to the impact of the fluid, conventionally, the mixing modules have been welded to each other. However, in welding, there is a problem that the joint is damaged due to the torsional stress caused by the fluid. Therefore, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-38653 discloses a technique for joining the mixing modules with a special joining means. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to make it flexible when completely fixed.

The same part material set is fitted to this part material set from the opposite side to obtain a mixing module element.
When the tail portion 18 is provided as in this embodiment, it is effective in obtaining a static mixer having a large diameter.
【0044】[0044]
According to the present invention, since the tubular body is formed to be bendable and the mixing module elements are not fixed by welding or a fixing member, the static mixer can be bent, so that the static mixer can be attached to a pipe or the like. Flexibility can be realized without the need for centering.
Further, the intermediate strip is disposed so as to be parallel to the radial direction of the cylindrical body and the center of the through hole is aligned along the axial direction of the cylindrical body, and the length of the mixing module is aligned with the through hole. The same or longer core rod is fitted so as not to rotate idly, and the mixing module is supported so as not to rotate inside the cylinder, so that the rotation of the module due to the impact of fluid is prevented. It is possible to realize flexibility while realizing it.
Furthermore, the mixing module element of the present invention provides the plate member with specific multi-divided compartments on both sides of the intermediate strip, and the corresponding multi-divided compartments (I 1 and II 1 , I 2) of both of the multi-divided compartments. And II 2 , ..., I n and II n ) are sequentially cut out to leave a wing portion and a gap is formed between the wing portion and the wing portion. A hole is provided, and the wing portion is bent in the same direction with respect to the intermediate strip at an angle of approximately 45 ° to form a plurality of part materials whose outer peripheral arrows show a substantially perfect circle. Since it has a configuration in which the blades are opposed to each other and the intermediate portions of the blades are attached to the intermediate portions of the gap, the manufacturing is extremely easy as compared with the case where one blade is formed by welding.
Furthermore, among the plurality of mixing module elements, adjacent mixing module elements are rotated by 45 to 90 degrees around the core rod, or between the plurality of mixing module elements. Mixing module elements are arranged so that the back surfaces of the intermediate strips are aligned with each other to form a mixing module element pair, and the adjoining mixing module element pair is rotated 45 to 90 degrees around the mandrel. By adopting such a structure, the fluid flow path is subdivided, and the mixing effect is further improved.
Furthermore, at the intermediate portion of the wing portion forming the gap or at the intermediate portion of the wing portion located on the opposite side of the gap, a convex support portion or wing portion protruding toward the gap or the outside, and By adopting a configuration that has a linear support portion that connects adjacent wing portions, it plays a role such as simplifying the positioning when assembling the parts material and improving the strength of the mixing module.
Further, at a position line-symmetrical to the wing portion with respect to the intermediate band of the mixing module element, there is provided the convex support portion provided at an intermediate portion of the wing portion or a tail portion having a length up to the linear support portion. When the configuration is adopted, it is effective in obtaining a large-diameter static mixer.
The application of the static mixer of the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is not only used as a piping component, but also as an air supply means for oil / water separation, pressure floating, sludge treatment, or a gardening hose, Also used for fire hoses.
