Abstract

PURPOSE:To protect windings against disconnection caused by insertion by a method wherein the winding start end and winding terminal end of a coil are connected to terminal pins as tied down at a point slightly higher than the lower end of the terminal pin instead of being put in mounting holes. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped iron core 1 where a secondary winding is wound is housed in a ring-shaped cup 3a of a case 3. A winding start end 2a and a winding terminal end 2b are connected to terminal pins 5 as tied down at a point 7 higher than the tip of the terminal by a certain length. That is, the above point 7 is set higher than a mounting hole 4. By this setup, a transformer where the terminal pins 5 can be easily and surely kept enough in pitch and winding wires are protected enough against disconnection can be obtained.

いう特徴があるが、端子ピンを取付孔に挿入する際十分
に注意しないと、コイルの巻始め部又は巻終り部を取付
穴と端子ピンつばにはさみこみ断線に到るという品質上
の欠点を有していた。
