The present invention relates to a static eliminator, and in particular, when a sheet is wound for winding, the discharge removing member and the distance sensor are not in contact with the winding surface, so that the winding surface is not scratched. The present invention relates to a static eliminator capable of extremely effectively removing static electricity generated on the winding surface without giving a charge.

In a papermaking factory, in a paper machine and a coating machine, and in a printing factory, in a printing machine, static electricity is generated in each part when a sheet is rubbed by a roll or the like. If the amount of static electricity exceeds 2-3 KV, electric shock may be given to an approaching worker, or powder dust or paper dust may be attached to the sheet surface, which is then directly carried to the plate or blanket in the subsequent process. It may cause troubles such as print stains and white spots. In order to prevent these troubles, static electricity is usually removed by a method of corona discharge treatment on the sheet at a suitable place where the sheet passes, a method of providing a grounded metal foil or wire near the sheet surface, and the like. However, in the case where the sheet is rolled up in the final reel part such as a paper machine or a printing machine, the static electricity of the sheet is removed at the above-mentioned location and the static elimination method, and the sheet is removed. When wound for winding, the upper and lower sheets are rubbed against each other with strong tension applied,
Eventually, a much higher than acceptable level of static charge builds up on the winding surface. Therefore, it is natural that it is desirable to install a device for removing the static electricity generated on the winding surface, but under the situation that the outer diameter of the winding increases with time, the static elimination should be performed accordingly. It is difficult to actually install the device, and the current situation is to allow the presence of static electricity above the allowable level on the winding surface.

In view of the current situation, the present inventors have found that the discharge removing member and the distance sensor are in a non-contact state with the winding surface, so that the static electricity generated on the winding surface is extremely effective without damaging the winding surface. As a result of intensive studies on a static eliminator that can be removed, the static eliminator of the present invention has been completed.

The structure of the present invention is, in an apparatus for removing static electricity generated on the winding surface (1) by discharge, a rod part (3) which can be moved forward and backward by driving a driving part (2) and a tip part of the rod part ( 4) is provided with an electrostatic discharge removing member (5) and a distance sensor (6), detects an increase in the outer diameter of the winding (7) by the distance sensor (6), and outputs this distance signal to the drive unit (6). 2) so that the distance between the discharge removing member (5) and the winding surface (1) can always be kept substantially constant by driving the driving unit (2), and the static eliminator (8) ) Is a static eliminator which is movable.

An embodiment of the device of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the static eliminator (8) of the present invention is applied to reel winding (7) of a printing machine. The discharge removing member (5) and the distance sensor (6), which are the main parts of the present invention, are installed at the tip part (4) of the rod part (3), and the rod part (3) is moved forward and backward by the driving part (2). It is possible. In this embodiment, the static eliminator (8) is fixed to the tripod base (9) as shown in FIG. And the installation place of this static eliminator (8) is winding (7)
You will have to choose a place that will not get in your way when you take off.
When the static eliminator (8) of the present invention is applied to the winding (7) formed by feeding the sheet (10), the gap between the tip of the discharge removing member (5) and the winding surface (1). The set value is input from the input unit (11) to the adjustment unit (12) in order to keep a distance at which the effect can be remarkably exhibited for static elimination. The outer diameter of the winding (7) increases, and the distance between the tip of the discharge removing member (5) and the winding surface (1) gradually decreases, but the adjusting unit (12) has a distance sensor (6). The decrease signal is detected by the distance signal from the drive circuit, and the drive portion (2) is driven to retract the discharge removing member (5) by a corresponding amount. Therefore, the distance between the discharge removing member (5) and the winding surface (1) can always be kept at a preferable distance that is effective in eliminating static electricity. The distance between the discharge removing member (5) and the winding surface (1) is preferably set to about 0 to 50 mm,
It is particularly preferable to set it to about 5 to 30 mm. Further, since the discharge removing member and the distance sensor are not in contact with the winding surface, they do not damage the winding surface.

Thus, according to the static eliminator of the present invention, the distance between the discharge removing member and the increasing winding surface can be kept at a preferable distance that is effective in eliminating static electricity at all times, so that the static electricity generated on the winding surface is extremely effective. Since the discharge removing member and the distance sensor are in non-contact with the winding surface, there is no damage to the winding surface, and there is no electric shock to the worker, stains or white spots on the printing surface in the subsequent process. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of the above trouble and to easily move.
