(Prior Art) Currently, cables are bound to a cable rack or the like by a band-shaped binding tool made of synthetic resin such as Insulock (trademark) or Tiewrap (trademark). This binding tool 12 is one in which a through hole through which the band passes is formed in a box-shaped base body at one end of a band-shaped band, and a locking piece for preventing retrograde movement of the band is provided on one side in the through hole. These products are products developed for binding the cables 9 to the pipes 13 in parallel as shown in FIG. 6 (A). However, due to its wide versatility, it is currently used in cable racks and the like.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The right-angle tie most commonly used at present is that the tie 12 is obliquely wound around the cable 9 as shown in FIG. It becomes point support, and a twisting force in the direction of the arrow in the figure is applied to the cable. Therefore, in the large-diameter cable 9, it is the actual situation that two binding tools 12 are used by being crossed over as shown in FIG. In this case, since the two bases of each binding tool are brought to the center,
The work amount was doubled, and the workability was poor.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In view of the above circumstances, two through-holes penetrating opposite side surfaces of the synthetic resin base are provided, and these two through-holes are positioned in parallel and at right angles to each other. Let Further, a synthetic resin band-shaped body integral with the base body is projected from the side surface of the base body at one end of each of the through holes in the same direction as the respective through holes. This causes these strips to extend at right angles to each other. On one side surface in each of the through holes, there is provided an anti-backward locking piece capable of inserting each strip only in one direction and locking. Further, a temperature indicating layer is provided on at least any side surface of the above-mentioned substrate.

(Operation) In order to bind the cables to the bar or the like at right angles using the above-described device, the cables to be bound to the bar or the like are applied at right angles,
Further, the substrate of the present invention is applied to the outer surface of the cable.
At this time, the base is applied so that the two belt-like bodies are located only in one of the vertical and horizontal directions. Then, one of the strips is extended in the projecting direction of the strip and wound around the outer periphery of the bar or the like and the rear surface of the cable through the outer periphery of the intersection of the bar and the cable, and the opposite side of the projecting through hole at the end of the strip. To the through hole, and the tip of the strip is pulled and tightened. As a result, the band-shaped body is locked by the anti-backward locking piece in the through hole and fixed to the base body. Further, extend the other strip in the projecting direction of the strip and wind it around the outer periphery of the back of these strips and the cable through the outer periphery where the bar and the cable intersect, and the opposite side of the projecting through hole at the end of the strip. Then, the tip of the belt-shaped body is pulled and tightened, and then fixed in the same manner as described above.
As a result, the strips are wound in the shape of a stack, and the cable and the bar are stably supported at four points.

Two flat through-holes 2 penetrating opposite side surfaces of a base 1 made of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped synthetic resin having a constant thickness,
2 are provided, and each of these through holes 2 is located in a direction parallel to and perpendicular to each other. Further, the strips 3 and 3 are made to project in the same direction as the respective through holes 2 from one side of the base body 1 at one end of each of the through holes 2. A corrugated retrograde prevention locking piece 4 is provided on one side surface of each of the through holes 2, and each strip 3 is inserted into each of the through holes 2 on one side of each of the strips 3. At this time, a locking ridge 5 is provided which is locked to the retrograde locking piece 4. As a result, when each strip 3 is inserted into each through hole 2, the strip 3 moves in the insertion (tightening) direction, but in the opposite direction, the locking projections 5 are locked by the locking pieces 4 to move. Instead, the unity can be maintained. Further, through-holes 6 are provided at the corners of the base 1 so as to penetrate to the opposite corners, and a temperature display layer 7 is coated on an appropriate side surface of the base 1, the color of which changes when the temperature rises to a certain temperature. It is a thing.

Then, the cable 9 to be bound is applied to the bar 8 at a right angle, and the outer surface of the cable 9 is applied to the back surface of the base body 1. At this time, the base 1 is obliquely applied so that the two belt-shaped bodies 3 and 3 are positioned only in one of the vertical and horizontal directions. Then, one strip 3 is extended in the projecting direction of the strip 3 and the back outer periphery of the bar 8 and the cable 9 is wound through the outer periphery where the bar 8 and the cable 9 intersect, and the end of the strip 3 is projected. The strip 3 is inserted into the through hole 2 from the side opposite to the through hole 2, and the tip of the strip 3 is pulled and tightened. As a result, the belt-shaped body 3 is fixed to the base by engaging the locking projections 5 of the belt-shaped body 3 with the locking protrusions 4 of the belt-shaped body 3 and engaging the locking projections 5 of the belt-shaped body 3. Further, the other strip 3 is extended in the projecting direction of the strip 3 and wound around the back outer periphery of the bar 8 and the cable 9 through the outer periphery where the bar 8 and the cable 9 intersect, and the end of the strip 3 is projected. The band-shaped body 3 is inserted into the through-hole 2 from the opposite side of the through-hole 2, and the tip end of the band-shaped body 3 is pulled, tensioned, and fixed similarly to the above. As a result, the strips 3 are wound in the shape of a stack, and the cable 9 and the bar 8 are stably supported at four points. Furthermore, when the base 1 is made of a soft material, the cable contact surface naturally conforms to the outer circumference of the cable 9 when used, and is concavely curved, so that it is stably supported. If the contact surface of the cable 9 is concavely curved in advance if the material is hard, the base 1 is stably contacted and supported on the outer peripheral surface of the cable 9.

Although the base body 1 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in the above embodiment, the shape is not limited to this and may have an appropriate shape. In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the locking protrusions 5 of the belt-shaped body 3 are the anti-backward locking pieces that allow the belt-shaped body to pass through the through-hole only in one direction and lock freely at any position.

(Effect of the Invention) In the binding device of the present invention, two through holes that are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to each other are formed in the base body, and the strip-shaped body projects from the side surface of the base body at one end of each through hole in the same direction as the through holes. Since the strips extend at a right angle, the base is applied to the outer circumference of the cable to be crossed at a right angle with respect to the bar or the like, and each strip is extended in the extending direction of the cable and the bar. The two belt-shaped members are wound around the outer periphery by simply inserting and locking the belt-shaped members in the through holes protruding from one end, and the cable is supported and fixed to a bar or the like. Therefore, the cable can be supported at right angles to the bar or the like very easily. Therefore, the binding work can be extremely labor-saving as compared with the case where two separate strips are conventionally used. Further, in binding, the base is applied to the outer circumference of the cable, and the strips are wound in their respective natural directions, so that the cable is supported very stably at four points. Further, since the temperature indicating layer is provided on the side surface of the base body, if the cable has an abnormal heat, the color of the temperature indicating layer is changed, and the abnormality of the cable can be quickly found.
