(Prior Art) Conventionally, various proposals have been made for this type of slitter winding machine, and recently, in order to meet the demand for diversification of division specifications, mainly narrow sheets divided and distributed. It has been proposed that a winding unit that supports a winding shaft or the like that is wound by driving is provided with a function of moving the belt-shaped sheet in the width direction. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-11509 "Sheet Dividing and Sorting Winding Machine", a common drive screw shaft is passed through a plurality of winding portions provided on each side, and each winding portion is By providing an engagement / disengagement mechanism with the female screw for each winding section externally inserted on the screw shaft, and by appropriately combining the rotation of the screw shaft and the operation of the engagement / disengagement mechanism of the winding section, the winding section is attached to the strip-shaped sheet. It is disclosed that the device can be moved in the width direction. The winding unit in this case is rotationally driven by a drive source which is provided in common for the portion that performs the engagement and disengagement operation, each winding unit, or the distributed winding unit on one or both sides. The part that supports the winding shaft and the like is handled as a unit.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The idea of moving the winding portion of the slitter winding machine in the width direction of the strip-shaped sheet by using a mechanical means is to reduce the labor of the worker required for the moving work. Is effective. However, when winding a narrow sheet, it is necessary to use a take-up unit with specifications that correspond to the width of each narrow sheet and, by extension, the weight of the rolled-up sheet roll in order to perform the sheet winding properly. However, since all of the conventional types are intended to reduce the labor in moving the winding unit, it is not easy to deal with the above request. That is, according to the conventional method, the structure of each winding portion cannot be changed for each division specification. Therefore, conventionally, a large number of winding units having various structures are prepared, and the winding unit suitable for winding the narrow sheet is moved to a predetermined position from within the winding unit, so that various division specifications can be obtained. It was dealing with the request for proper sheet winding due to the change.

However, even if the above-mentioned measures are taken, since the winding portions on each side are linearly arranged by the common drive screw shaft, it is not possible to replace the adjacent winding portions with each other. The division specifications are regulated by the arrangement of the take-up section, and it is not possible to perform division specifications that are not suitable for the arrangement structure of the take-up section. It is important to prepare more than the necessary number of take-up sections. In addition to the point of manufacturing cost, the problem that the occupying space of the device increases because the device requires a waiting place for the winding section.
If the take-up unit is moved from the standby position to the predetermined position, the moving distance becomes longer by that amount, and it takes a long time to move the take-up unit due to the change of the division specification. It is not a solution. In particular, it is a problem from the point of view of the commercial value of the slitter winding machine that the division specification is restricted by the arrangement of the winding section.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention divides a wide band-shaped sheet into a plurality of narrow width sheets and distributes them vertically or horizontally, and distributes each distributed narrow sheet for each distribution side. , Supported by a guide base that is provided at a right angle to the running direction of the belt-shaped sheet,
In a device which is supported by a winding unit movable along the guide base and which is individually wound around a winding shaft or a winding core externally attached to the winding shaft that is driven to rotate by a driving mechanism, Supported by the guide base and movable,
The strip-shaped sheet includes a plurality of bases arranged in the effective winding width and a winding shaft support that is attachable to and detachable from any of the plurality of bases. It is characterized in that it is attached to a base selected from a plurality according to the winding specification.

(Operation) Since the slitter winding machine of the present invention is configured as described above, the winding shaft support portion that supports the winding shaft that winds the narrow sheet is a base portion that is supported by the guide base. It is detachably supported on the upper side, and the winding shaft supporting portion and the base portion constitute a winding portion.

Further, since the base portion and the winding shaft support portion are removable, a winding shaft support portion having a structure corresponding to the width of the sheet, the weight of the rolled-up sheet roll, and the required torque for winding the sheet is appropriately combined with the base portion. Alternatively, when it is necessary to move due to a change in the split specification, the reel support portion can be removed, only the base portion can be positioned, and then the reel support portion can be attached.

It is a mechanism that regulates the rotation of the. Above the base 1,
A take-up arm that supports the winding shaft C, in this case, a shaft support portion 7 in which a swing arm 5 is swingably supported by a support shaft 6 is detachably attached.
The winding arm 5 and the shaft supporting portion 7 constitute a winding shaft supporting portion.
The winding shaft C penetrates the base portion 1 and is attached to the base portion 1 to rotate the common drive shaft 8 driven by a motor (not shown).
A gear 9a engaged with the common drive shaft 8, a gear 9b attached to the shaft support 7, a gear 9c coaxially attached to the support shaft 6, a gear 9d attached to the winding arm 5, and a winding torque adjusting means. Is transmitted via the output shaft 11 of the gear 9e, the pulley 12a at the tip thereof, the belt 13 and the pulley 12 via the gear 9e of the powder clutch 10 as described above, whereby the powder clutch 10 is rotationally driven with a required winding torque. 14
Is a fluid pressure cylinder whose one end is connected to the winding arm 5 and the other end is connected to the shaft supporting portion 7, and the contact pressure between the surface of the sheet roll R and the surface of the touch roller T is adjusted by adjusting the swing angle of the winding arm. is there. In this case, since the winding torque is controlled by the powder clutch 10, the electric wire for that purpose can be connected and disconnected by the connector 15. 16 is a flexible duct,
An electric wire or the like is housed therein and moved together with the base 1. Although only one type of winding shaft support portion (the winding arm 5 and the shaft support portion 7) is shown in the drawing, the weight of the sheet roll R to be wound varies depending on the width of the wound sheet. Since it changes, for example, a winding shaft support part having a structure that can withstand winding a heavy sheet roll and a winding shaft support part for winding a normal and general weight sheet roll are prepared. It goes without saying that they are used properly according to the division specifications. Further, when winding a narrow sheet, it is sufficient if one of the pair of winding shaft supporting portions has a winding shaft rotating function, and therefore the other winding shaft supporting portion is used to rotate the gear 9a of the base 1. It suffices to use a winding shaft support portion that does not transmit to C and has a function of merely rotatably supporting the winding shaft. At the time of actual sheet winding, the winding shaft support portion (the winding shaft 5 and the shaft support portion 7) not required for winding is removed in advance, and only the base portion 1 is on standby between the pair of winding shaft supports being wound. Alternatively, when changing the split specifications, only the base portion 1 is first moved to a position according to the split specifications, and then the winding shaft support portion (the winding arm 5) of the required standard is moved.
It is also possible to attach the shaft support 7).

This embodiment differs from the slitter winding machine of the first embodiment described above in that the winding arm 5 is provided with a drive motor M for driving the winding shaft C. The motor M in this case has a torque adjusting function, and transmits its drive to the winding shaft C via the belt 13. Also in this embodiment, the shaft support 7 and the base 1 are separable. The drive motor M
In addition to the DC motor, a torque-adjustable motor, a hydraulic motor, or the like may be used.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the sheet roll R is wound up by the pair of winding portions. In this case, the motor M is attached only to the left take-up arm 5, and the right take-up arm 5 merely serves to rotatably support the winding shaft.
This is because the sheet to be wound is narrow and can be wound by the force of only the motor M attached to the left winding arm 5. Therefore, in the case where the torque of the motor M on one side becomes insufficient due to the widening of the narrow sheet due to the change of the division specification, in this drawing, the right winding shaft support portion (the winding arm 5). The shaft supporting portion of the shaft supporting portion 7) and the shaft supporting portion 7) may be separated from the base portion 1, and the winding shaft supporting portion (the winding arm 5 and the shaft supporting portion 7) to which the motor M is mounted may be mounted on the base portion 1. Further, it is possible to prepare two kinds of motors M, for example, one for high load and one for normal load, and appropriately attach them to the winding shaft support portion in advance. In that case, it is suitable for conditions such as width of the sheet to be wound up. Winding can be performed by the winding shaft support portion.

FIG. 5 is a third embodiment of the slitter winding machine to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged view showing the engaged state of the base portion 1 and the shaft support portion 7. The first embodiment is different from the first embodiment.
Secondly, the winding shaft driving motor M is attached to the base portion 1. Secondly, the convex portion 20 is formed on the upper surface of the base portion 1 and the concave groove 21 is formed on the lower surface of the shaft supporting portion 7, and the concave portion is formed on the convex portion 20. The point of exchanging the winding shaft support portion (the winding arm 5 and the shaft support portion 7) according to the weight of the sheet roll to be wound is the same as in the previous embodiment. As is clear from the drawing, the sheet rolls having R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 in the order of increasing width have a pair of winding arms 5a and 5a, 5b and 5b, 5b, respectively.
And 5c, and is wound by winding shafts C 1 , C 2 and C 3 . In this case, since the winding arms 5a are each provided with a driving motor M (not shown) for high load, by supporting the winding shaft C 1 in order to wind a wide sheet, Used for sheet roll R 1 . The winding arm 5b is provided with a drive motor M for a normal load, and the winding arm 5c merely has a function of rotatably supporting the winding shaft. A pair of winding Toude 5b, and 5b used the sheet roll R 2 of the width of moderate accordance connexion to wind winding shaft C 2, winding one to winding shaft C 3 to wind the narrow sheet roll R 3 The take-up arm 5b and the other take-up arm 5c. In this case, since the winding shaft C 2 is driven to rotate at both ends, it is about 2 times larger than the case where only one side is driven like the winding shaft C 3.
Up to winding of a sheet having a double divided width can be handled within the range of the rated torque of the winding shaft rotation driving motor M. Further, since the winding shaft support portion not used for winding is removed from the base portion 1a, the base portion 1a stands by also between the pair of winding shaft support bodies during sheet winding. The bases 1 and 1a are common bases,
It is possible to appropriately select which winding shaft support portion (the winding arm 5 and the shaft support portion 7) is attached to which base portion.

The base 1 differs from the bases of the above-described embodiments in that the base 1 is provided with a drive motor M capable of rotating in the forward and reverse directions, and the rotation of the motor M is passed through the belt 25 and the gear 26 to the female screw 4. The point is to move the base portion 1 by transmitting it to the gear portion 27 formed in the above. Therefore, the screw shaft 3 is not driven, and the gear 26 and the gear portion 27 are always meshed with each other.

For example, the means for detachably integrating the base portion and the winding shaft support portion is not limited to the case of the engaging means of the concave groove and the convex portion shown in the embodiment, but simply the center line of the winding shaft support portion on the base portion. It may be mounted based on a positioning mark or an alignment mark and fixed with a bolt or the like, or a dovetail shape that conforms to the shape of the groove formed on the lower surface of the winding shaft support portion in the dovetail groove formed on the upper surface of the base portion. You may make it insert a convex part, and you may make it use a knock pin etc. A clamp mechanism that fixes the two in one operation may be used instead of the bolt, or a drive mechanism such as a fluid pressure cylinder may be used to clamp both.

In addition, the winding shaft side is fixed in the slitter winder,
There are many types other than the types shown in the embodiments, such as the type in which the touch roller in contact with the surface of the sheet roll is gradually separated from the winding axis during winding, and the type is not limited to the one shown in the drawing, and the screw shaft is not limited. For forward rotation, reverse rotation, respectively,
Two windings can be used, or the guide base and the winding unit can be integrally moved in a direction perpendicular to the seat width direction, and the winding shaft supported by the winding unit can be touched during winding. It is also possible to design the roller so as to be linearly separated from the roller.

(Effect of the Invention) According to the present invention, each narrow sheet is formed by appropriately combining the winding shaft support portion or the base portion having a structure suitable for the width of each narrow sheet and the weight of the sheet roll to be wound up, or both. Since it can be wound up, the quality of the wound sheet roll can be improved. Also, with one slitter winder,
Since it is possible to deal with a narrow sheet that can be wound by cantilevering the winding shaft, to a narrow sheet when the wide sheet is divided into two, the specifications of the sheet roll to be wound can be variously changed. Moreover, since the unused base portion is placed between the winding portions while the sheet is being wound, it is not necessary to provide a waiting place for the winding portion as in the conventional case, and it is possible to save space in the slitter winding machine. It is possible, and by moving the standby base to the next division specification position in advance,
It is possible to shorten the time required to deal with the change of the division specification.
