[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When it is necessary to attach an abnormal temperature detection sensor to a high-voltage conductor to detect an abnormal temperature, the plastic case deteriorates due to tracking due to corona discharge of the high-voltage conductor for a long period of time. Therefore, a metal case will be used for the high-voltage charging section. However, since the antenna is exposed in the conventional wireless transmitter housed in a metal case, there is a risk that the antenna may come into contact with the high-voltage charging unit and be destroyed. Cannot safely detect abnormal temperatures of high-voltage conductors.

As the antenna provided in the metal case, a pilot wire for temperature detection is attached to the cable conductor and embedded in the entire length of the cable as in the cable temperature remote reading / monitoring device of US Pat. Change in the temperature of the cable conductor is detected by the change in the resistance value of the pilot wire due to the change in temperature, and the antenna that transmits this detection signal is mounted on the surface of the conductive metal housing that houses the transmitter, and its antenna element projects from the conductive metal plate surface. There is known an apparatus having a structure in which the front surface is closed by a cylindrical wall made of plastic such as acrylic resin.

In the device for monitoring the cable temperature by the pilot wire, the insulating plate in front of the antenna is a plastic plate, so if it is attached to a high-voltage conductor, the corona discharge will deteriorate and damage the plastic insulating plate, and the conductive metal plate on the surface of the metal housing. There is a problem in that the antenna element protruding from the surface comes into contact with the high-voltage charging unit and the transmitter is destroyed.

Further, the cable temperature monitoring device using the pilot wire is to embed the pilot wire along the cable conductor over the entire length of the cable.
Since it cannot be attached to an exposed high-voltage conductor such as an already-installed high-voltage bus bar, there is a problem in that it is not possible to detect or monitor an abnormal temperature rise in the existing high-voltage conductor, and the pilot Since it detects the temperature change of the entire cable laid by changing the resistance value of the total wire length, it should be detected up to the point where the abnormal temperature rise occurred in the cable laid over a long distance. There is a problem that you cannot do it.

The wireless transmitter 5 avoids the frequency band for broadcasting and sets the oscillation frequency.
The carrier output is ON-OFF when the oscillation output is 14 μV / m or less at a distance of 100 m using the 140 MHz band, or 300 to 330 MHz in some cases.
As a control method, the receiver 21 is a super-heterodyne method, and signal detection is performed by a squelch signal. Further, the operating temperature of the shape memory alloy sensor switch is, for example, about 75 ° C., and it is possible to operate stably without malfunction.

Even if the metal case 2 is attached to the high-voltage conductor 30 as described above, the transmitting antenna 6 is inside the inorganic insulating protective plate 4 of the antenna opening window 3 of the metal case 2 and is not exposed. Since it does not touch the high-voltage conductor 30 and does not discharge from the high-voltage conductor 30 to the antenna, the risk of the transmitter being destroyed by high voltage is prevented, and even with a high-voltage conductor of 60 KV, a device for detecting abnormal temperature As a result, it is possible to use it safely and for a long time, and it is possible to realize a safety abnormal temperature detection system for a high-voltage conductor by a wireless system.

Further, since the transmitting antenna is provided inside the inorganic insulating protective plate of the antenna opening window of the metal case, the antenna does not come into contact with the high voltage conductor even if the temperature sensor device with the wireless transmitter is attached to the high voltage conductor.
