回転を与え、成形スパイラルダクト7の内周下方に接近
した位置より成形ダクト外周下方向に向けて放電アーク
を発生して成形スパイラルダクト7をダクト軸Xの直角
方向に自動切断するプラズマトーチ8を備え、圧縮空気
によりダクト下方に排出されるダクト材の切り屑を集め
る集塵装置11を備えたことを特徴とするプラズマ切断
