本考案は、建物の壁体等に流体供給管を接続する接続盤
を取付け、この接続盤に管継手を介して蛇口等の水栓を
装着する接続管を接続した水栓の接続部に関し、壁面か
らの突出をできるだけ小さくして水栓を装着できるよう
に改良したものである。

曲した管継手(エルボ管)1を用い、この管継手1を例
えば壁体等の仕切り部2の内外両面部に取付けた固定リ
ング3,4によって該仕切り部2の窓穴2aに嵌挿固定
し、管継手1の隠蔽側口部1aには鞘管5に挿通したポ
リエチレン等のプラスチック製流体供給管6を袋ナット
7によって接続する一方、管継手1の露出側口部1bに
は蛇口等の付属器具8を取付けることができるように構
成されている。

従来の上記接続部は、プラスチック製の流体供給管6を
直角に折曲げる等して配管することができないので、仕
切り部2に湾曲した管継手1を固定し、この管継手1と
鞘管5に挿通した流体供給管6との接続は仕切り部2内
での隠蔽接続となる。 したがって、この隠蔽接続では流体の漏洩を外部から確
認することができないし、また、漏洩時の補修作業や流
体供給管6を新規なものと取り替える作業は仕切り部2
の一部を破壊し、作業用の開口部をもうける必要があっ
て、その保全作業は煩雑となり、経費の面でも大きな問
題となる。 このような問題を解決した接続部としては、特願昭62
−67883号(特開昭63−235795号公報)の
発明として既に本出願人により提案されているように、
壁体等の仕切り部に配管の接続口となる案内孔を該仕切
り部の正面から背面にわたって下向きに傾斜させて設け
た接続盤を取付け、この接続盤の背面側には配管のガイ
ドになる鞘管の接続口を、正面側には上記鞘管に挿入さ
れる流体供給管の接続口をそれぞれ形成し、建物の建築
時に鞘管を敷設して接続盤に接続しておき、内管である
流体供給管は後から案内孔を通して鞘管に挿入すると共
に、該流体供給管は管継手う介して蛇口等の付属器具を
取付ける接続口部側が仕切り部の露出側に現われるよう
に構成されているものがある。そして、この接続部は流
体供給管の接続作業を接続盤の露出面側で行なうことが
できると共に、漏洩に対する確認や流体供給管を取替え
る際の補修作業等には便利である反面、水栓等を装着す
る管継手が接続盤に傾斜して接続されるため、水栓部分
が壁面から大きく突出するといった不具合の生ずること
は避けられず、その改善策が望まれていた。 そこで、本考案の目的は水栓部分の壁面からの突出を小
さくでき、かつ、水量調節用の止水栓を設けることがで
きるように改良した水栓の接続部を提供することにあ
る。

管継手には止水栓が装着されている装着管部を備えた接
続管の導水口部を接続して、この接続管の上記仕切り部
に沿って立ち上がった通水管部の先端口部に水栓を取付
け、上記止水栓によって開閉する通水口を上記接続管の
導水口部と通水管部との間に設けて成るものである。

がら説明する。 壁体等の仕切り部10に設けた開口部10aには円盤状

11の固定は、該接続盤11の背面側に設けた鍔部12
を仕切り部10の背面部にビス13止めする一方、仕切
り部10の正面側に突出した接続盤11の部分に固定リ
ング14を螺着15することにより果される。接続盤1
1には鞘管16に挿通した流体供給管Pと接続された管
継手17の一端口部17aを接続盤11に傾斜させて螺
着18すると共に、該管継手17の他端口部17bには
接続管20の導水口部21を螺着19する。接続管20
は後述する止水栓を取付けるための装着管部22と上記
仕切り部10に沿って立ち上がった通水管部23を備
え、この通水管部23と上記導水口部21との間には通
水口24を設けてあり、また、通水管部23の水平方向
に開口させた先端口部25には蛇口等の水栓26を取付
けてある。そして、装着管部22に螺着27した保持筒
28には通水口24に向かって前進後退できる止水栓2
9を螺着30し、この止水栓29の先端に取付けた弁2
9aによって通水口24の開度を調節できる仕組になっ
ている。 なお、装着管部22と保持筒28の間及び保持筒28と
止水栓29の間には水密用のOリング31,32が装着
されている。また、接続管20の通水管部23は中間部
分をフレキシブルな管部として構成し、屈曲できるよう
に実施することも可能である。

た、流水量を調節できる止水栓を接続管に並設できるた
め、水栓の接続部をユニット化してコンパクトに構成で
きる利点もあり、その実用的価値は極めて多大である。
