定値及び設定値処理手段が算出した設定値に従って水バ
ルブの開度を調節する調節器とを設けている。上述の設
定値処理手段は、計算した総消費熱量が所定値Δx増加
する毎に、冷水の場合は設定値を一定値Δyだけ増加さ
せ、温水の場合は設定値を一定値Δyだけ減少させるよ
うに構成されている。
