Prior Art In FIG. 3, 1'is a lower mold, 2'is an upper mold, 3'is a stepped pin, 4'is an elastic insert, and elastic insert 4'is a small diameter portion of the stepped pin 3'through. It is provided with a hole to hold it in place by the stepped pin 3 '. Next, the upper mold 2'is covered on the lower mold 1 ', resin is injected into the cavity formed by the lower mold 1'and the upper mold 2', and a resin molded product incorporating the elastic insert 4'as a reinforcing material. To mold.

It is held in place by the stepped pin 3. Reference numeral 5 is a guide hole provided in the upper die 2 to fit with the upper end of the small diameter portion of the stepped pin 3 to support the upper end of the stepped pin 3. When the resin is injected into the cavity formed by the lower mold 2 and the upper mold 1, and the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 1 are separated after the resin is solidified, the stepped pin 3 is pulled from the resin together with the lower mold 1. Pulled out,
A resin molded product including the elastic insert 4 is obtained.
