以上説明したとおり、本考案に係る貨物車両用荷台によれば、横根太からの荷 重が集中する横根太と縦根太とが交差した部分の上下を避けて、締結具の固定片 を対応する横根太と縦根太の各側面に当接させ、この当接した各根太の側面と締 結具とを各々水平方向より差し込まれるボルトで固定させると、この締結具を介 して各根太間を固定することができるので、従来構造で必要としていた縦根太と 横根太とが交差している部分に、この縦根太と横根太とを上下に貫通させて長い ボルトを取り付けるようなことが必要なくなる。 そして、本考案の構造では、各根太と締結具との間は互いに当接しているので 、汎用のボルトが使用でき、しかもボルトを水平方向に差し込んで固定すること ができる。これにより、コストの低減並びに作業性の向上を図ることができると ともに、ボルトの締め付けもし易く、確実な固定が行える。 また、ボルトを水平方向に差し込んで固定するので、ボルトが横根太と縦根太 の上下面の何れの方向にも突出することがなく、従来構造で必要としていたよう な、ざくり部やえぐり部等の加工が不要になる。これにより、縦根太及び横根太 の太さを従来よりも小さくしても十分な強度が得られる。したがって、荷台全体 の重量を軽減させることができるとともに、加工及び材料のコストを低減するこ とができる。 As explained above, according to the freight vehicle carrier according to the present invention, the fastening piece of the fastener is accommodated while avoiding the upper and lower portions where the horizontal joist and the vertical joist intersect where the load from the lateral joist is concentrated.
