<Prior Art> A decorative sheet of vinyl chloride or the like on the front surface or both front and back surfaces of the plate material,
A plate material for assembled furniture, which is formed by attaching a decorative material such as decorative paper or resin-impregnated decorative paper, is known, and a concave hole into which a fastening material such as a screw or a dowel required for the assembly is inserted is formed on the surface of the plate material or on the front and back surfaces. A plurality of through holes are formed by piercing the decorative material.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In the conventional products as described above, since the plate material to which the decorative material is attached has the concave holes or the through holes formed in advance, the edges of the concave holes or the through holes are formed. The part was cut off, and this was sometimes caught during transportation or construction, causing the decorative material to peel off.

Further, in order to ensure the fitting of fasteners such as screws and dowels in the plate material concave holes or through holes in furniture assembly and prevent them from falling off, the diameter of the concave holes or through holes is generally slightly smaller than the diameter of the fastening material. However, there are drawbacks such that it is difficult to insert the fastening material by hand and the plate material may be cracked.

Further, when a means for concealing the fastening material insertion hole is provided, it is necessary to consider that the hole position can be easily confirmed from the outside. If you try to check the hole positions that cannot be visually confirmed by touching them with your hands or relying on your intuition, it will be difficult to assemble, and the cosmetic materials may become dirty due to touching with your hands, or the cosmetic materials may be torn due to incorrect recognition of the opening positions. Problems occur <Means and Actions for Solving Problems> The present invention was devised in order to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional products as described above, and a plurality of concave holes are formed on the surface of the plate material. Form or form a plurality of holes penetrating the front and back of the plate material, and attach an optional light-transparent decorative material to the front surface or both the front and back surfaces of the plate material so as to cover the opening portions of these concave holes or through holes. It is a plate material for furniture characterized by being made.

Since the decorative material is adhered to the surface of the plate material or both the front and back surfaces so as to cover the opening portions of the recessed holes formed in the surface of the plate material or the holes penetrating the front and back surfaces, fraying of the plate material may occur at the opening portions. There is no.

The plate material 1 is an arbitrary furniture plate material such as a ground plate, a plywood, a laminated wood, a particle board, a fiber board, etc., and a concave hole or a hole penetrating to the front and back is engraved at an arbitrary position on its surface. One front and back through hole 3 is shown in FIG.

The decorative material 2 is attached to at least one surface (both front and back surfaces in FIG. 1) of the plate material 1 by using a laminator device, a pressing device, a lapping device, or the like. As the decorative material 2, a vinyl chloride decorative sheet, a decorative paper, a resin-impregnated decorative paper, a synthetic synthetic paper, or any other material having a light-transmitting property can be used as necessary.

Since the surface of this plate material is covered with the translucent decorative material 2, the positions of the holes 3 are hidden.
The position of the hole 3 can be easily confirmed from the outside by utilizing the translucency of the decorative material. After confirming the position of the hole 3 in the plate material 1 in this manner, a suitable fastening material such as a screw or a dowel is passed through the decorative material 2 and fitted into the hole 3 to assemble the desired furniture.

The state in which the fastening material is fitted in the hole portion of the plate material is as shown in FIG. That is, a fastening material 4 having an outer diameter corresponding to the diameter of the hole 3 is pushed into the hole 3 and fitted therein. At this time, the decorative material 2 in the hole portion is broken by the fastening material 4 and enters the hole 3, The debris is positioned so as to fit between the fastener 4 and the hole 3. Therefore, the diameter of the hole 3 can be formed larger than the conventional one according to the thickness of the decorative material, and the fastening material 4 is tightened in the hole 3 by the fragments of the decorative material 2 acting as a sealing material. Therefore, the dropout can be effectively prevented. Further, since the decorative material 2 is generally a softer material than the plate material 1, the fastening material 4 can be easily fitted into the hole 3 and the plate material can be prevented from cracking.

FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (c) show a modified example of the formation of holes in the plate material 1. This hole is used as a through hole 3 penetrating the front and back surfaces of the plate material as shown in FIGS. In addition to being able to be formed, the plate material 1 is engraved as concave holes 3a on the surface and the decorative material 2 is attached to the surface (FIG. 3 (a))
The concave holes 3b are formed in symmetrical positions from both the front and back sides of the plate, and the decorative material 2 is attached to the front and back sides (Fig. 3 (b)), and the concave holes 3c are alternately formed in the front and back sides of the plate material 1. Then, an arbitrary aspect such as one in which the decorative material 2 is attached to both front and back surfaces (Fig. 3 (c)) can be adopted. These are selected depending on the type of furniture to be assembled and the items to be stored, and in particular, in relation to the shelf board adjusting position, or any combination thereof.

<Effect of the Invention> In the furniture plate material according to the present invention, the decorative material is adhered so as to cover the recessed holes on the surface of the plate material or the opening portions of the front and back through holes, so that it cannot be used for desired furniture assembly. The unnecessary holes can be kept in a state of being covered with the decorative material without exposing the opening portion, and the deterioration of the design is avoided. Further, the decorative material in the hole portion is broken when the fastening material is inserted and pushed into the inside of the hole to act as a sealing material, so that the fastening material is completely fixed. Further, since the fastening material is fitted into the hole via the soft material, that is, the fitting material, the fitting is facilitated and the plate material is not cracked. Since the decorative material has translucency, it is easy to confirm the position of the hole from the outside.
