ウム化合物の混合物からなる消泡剤が知られている(特
公昭51−22914号公報参照)。

た。また、シリコーン樹脂も食品添加剤としての許容量
の範囲内ではやはり充分な消泡効果が得られなかった。

混合し、加熱溶融したのちスプレーチリングするかある
いは押出し成形することにより製造するのが便利である
が、これらの製造方法に限定されるものではない。
