2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a dry cleaning plant that selects clothes, bedding, etc., petroleum-based solvents such as volatile oil and benzine are always stored in a tank buried underground, and the solvent in this tank is pumped to a washing drum. It is supplied to the inside to dry-clean clothes, bedding, etc., and after the washing is finished, the solvent in the washing drum is circulated and used while being discharged into the tank.

As the number of times of washing and the use time of the laundry increase, the solvent in the tank increases in pollution degree due to dirt attached to the laundry, dirt such as fat, and the time for washing the laundry increases. In addition, the worker who is engaged in the laundry work is easily contaminated with skin diseases and the like by the pollutant solvent.

In this solvent purifier, a hollow bottomed cylindrical case is placed upside down, and the hollow portion is filled with a cleaning agent such as activated carbon, and a filtrate recovery pipe is provided at the center of the inside thereof.
The solvent liquid is pressure-fed from the lower part to raise the inside of the cleaning agent, and the filtering agent liquid is made to flow down from the position where the filtering agent liquid comes off from the upper end of the cleaning agent, while trying to clean the solvent of the dry cleaning machine. To do.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned conventional solvent purifier, the solvent that is the filtering agent liquid is pressure-fed from the lower part and is also raised in the activated carbon. Etc. is high. Also, since the solvent rises in activated carbon against gravity, the feed pressure tends to be set higher than necessary, and therefore, the passing speed setting must be adjusted frequently, and therefore the pressure adjustment work must be performed. It was complicated.
Further, since the pressure-feeding method is used, the solvent is returned while sufficient filtration cannot be performed with the detergent, so that the filtration efficiency is remarkably low.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object thereof is to arrange a primary filtration part and a secondary filtration part vertically in a tank, and to supply a solvent from the upper side of the primary filtration part. By simply letting the primary and secondary filtration parts flow through as natural flow, the load of solvent pressure feed power is reduced, equipment and power costs are greatly reduced, and the feed pressure is set to be almost fixed and complicated. To provide a solvent cleaning device capable of maintaining a stable passage speed in a filtering agent and extending the useful life of the filtering agent without requiring any special adjustment work, and significantly improving the filtration efficiency. It is in.

Function The solvent cleaning apparatus of the present invention is installed in the vicinity of the tank storing the solvent so that the solvent supply unit communicates with the tank and the discharge port of the secondary filtration unit also communicates with the tank.
By driving the solvent supply unit, the solvent stored in the tank is diffused and supplied above the primary filtration unit in the tank in an expanded and depressurized state to allow the solvent to flow through the primary filtration unit and further to the secondary filtration unit. The filth that naturally flows down and is mixed in the solvent is supplemented with a filter material in the primary and secondary filtration sections to be purified and circulated into the tank sequentially.

In order to circulate and supply the solvent to the washing drum in the dry cleaning factory, the solvent stored in the tank 58 buried in the floor is circulated and supplied to the washing drum while the contaminants mixed in the solvent are removed by the solvent cleaning apparatus of the present invention. In the case of purification by 10, as shown in FIG. 3, an inlet 60 for the pollutant solvent after washing and a solvent suction port 62 for the washing drum and the solvent cleaning device 10 are provided on the upper surface of the tank 58. At the same time, a filter 64 for removing fibers floating in the solvent is installed at an intermediate position between the suction port 62 and the injection port 60.

A suction pipe 66 connected to the suction pipe 44 of the solvent cleaning device 10 and a discharge pipe 68 connected to the discharge pipe 48 are inserted into the tank 58 through the suction port 62. Further, the suction port 62 of the tank 58 is used to feed the solvent to the washing drum, and after the washing is completed, the polluted solvent mixed with dirt and the like is returned to the tank 58 again through the injection port 60.

Therefore, the pump 52 of the solvent supply unit 50 of the solvent cleaning device 10 is driven to suck the polluted solvent which has been reduced into the tank 58 and whose floating fibers have been filtered by the filter 64, and is then subjected to primary filtration via the injection pipe 56. The solvent flowing downward through the filter medium 34 collects in the flow-down hole 42 of the partition plate 18 below the shed 32, flows into the filter case 46 of the next secondary filter section 16, and the filter case
A filter filled in the filter 46 filters extremely fine dirt mixed in the solvent, and the purified solvent is discharged through the discharge pipe 48 and the discharge pipe 68 to the tank 58 on the suction port 6 side.
It is possible to maintain the purity of the solvent by circulating the solvent that has been circulated into the inside and is circulated in the solvent cleaning device 10 in this way, and the solvent filling chamber 40 of the primary filtering unit 14 can be maintained.
Since the solvent injected inside is expanded and decompressed, the pollution solvent is not subjected to a high pressure, and flows through the primary filtration unit 14 and the secondary filtration unit 16 in a state close to the natural flow of low pressure, resulting in contamination. The solvent filtration efficiency increases. Further, the frequency of replacement due to damage or clogging of a filtering member such as a filter is low, and the pump is small in size, so that cost can be saved.

In this way, by being able to purify the contaminated solvent that is mixed with dirt after washing, it is possible to prevent skin diseases of workers without increasing the washing time, and even after about 1000 times of washing work, it is still a new solvent. III. Effect of the Invention According to the solvent cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the tank body, the primary filtration section provided in the tank body, the secondary filtration section communicated below the primary filtration section, and the primary filtration section. A solvent supply unit that communicates with the upper side of the section through a communication unit, and while supplying the solvent from the solvent supply unit to the primary filtration unit while allowing the primary filtration unit and the secondary filtration unit to flow down naturally, Since the contaminants are removed, the power for introducing the solvent into the filtration unit can be significantly reduced, and the device cost and the power cost can be dramatically reduced. In addition, since the solvent is simply supplied to the upper side of the primary filtration section and does not need to be pressure-fed, the feed pressure can be set almost fixed and used, resulting in omission of complicated adjustment work and a stable filtering agent. It is possible to maintain the passing speed of the filter and to extend the service life of the filter. In addition, the filtering agent can be used for a long period of time, and since all of the filtering agent is allowed to flow down in the filtering portion by natural flow, the filtering action of the solvent is not so difficult and high filtration efficiency can be maintained.
