【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】所定長さに切断された所望本数の加工電線

ピンで環状に広げた状態に掛止保持させた輪ゴムがター
ンテーブル上の円周方向に沿って多数用意された輪ゴム
給送部と、この輪ゴム給送部から順次輪ゴムを受け取っ
て上記旋回アームが把持した加工電線に結束させる巻着
部とを備え、上記巻着部にはリンク機構を介してシリン
ダの伸縮で半径方向へ拡縮自在な少なくとも3本以上の
爪と、この爪を縮径状態にして上記輪ゴム給送部のピン
の内側へ突入させた後に、そのまま半径方向へ拡径して
ピンに掛止保持された輪ゴムを当該爪に受け取らせる拡
縮機構と、この爪が保持した輪ゴムを加工電線の周囲に
嵌め込んだ状態で、当該爪を輪ゴムから離脱させるよう
に操作して加工電線を輪ゴムで結束させる離脱機構とを
設けたことを特徴とする加工電線の自動結束装置。
