【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 下側に物品の投入収容部を有する機枠
と、この機枠へ所定傾斜で取り付けて前記投入収容部の
物品を倒伏状態で載置し、前記投入収容部から上方へ移
送させ終端部に略水平の搬送部を有する整列移送手段
と、前記投入収容部に設けて前記整列移送手段の両側へ
操作手段により上下動自在に取り付けた整列板と、前記
整列移送手段の上方において前記整列板の近傍に設け
て、該整列移送手段上の不整列物品を下方へ脱落させる
払落し部材と、前記移送手段の搬送部に設けて物品の妄
動を防止する押え部材と、前記移送手段の搬送部におけ
る移送端に設けて物品を一方向へ揃える物品方向転換手
段とからなり、側端部に凸部を有する物品の整列送出装
置において、前記した整列移送手段は、前記整列板の間
を走行する上部が平面状の移送部材と、この移送部材の
上面へ前記物品の長手方向が納まり得る間隔で多数個設
けて、該物品の凸部をこの物品が倒伏状態で容入させ、
その上部と押送側を開口させた容入部を付設した押送体
とを備えさせたことを特徴とする物品整列送出装置。
