抗の少い乾燥箱1の入口隔板5又は出口隔板4から乾燥
箱1外に流出していた。この様な状態が発生すると送風
機7の吸込量を補うためにPS版下側では上側とは逆に乾
燥箱1外の空気が流入する状態が発生する。その結果、
PS版10の上面と下面の乾燥速度の相異による不均一乾
燥、更に新鮮風が多くなるための乾燥風熱効率の低下で
熱経済的に不経済、又、熱風が乾燥箱1外に吹出るため
に乾燥装置を設置する室の温度が上昇し好ましくない。
又PS版上にガム液が大量に塗布され、乾燥箱1中にガム
液が流れた場合、乾燥箱1の底板2に設けられた吸込口
13を通つて送風機7内に入り込み、それが乾燥固化する

節減に寄与した。又ガム液が乾燥箱内に流入し、これが
固化することによつて生じていた従来のモータ焼損等の
事故も皆無となつた。又、本発明を実施したにも拘ら
ず、ガム液塗布機の外部寸法を著るしく大きくすること
なく設置することが出来た。
