This type of slide operation type electric component is incorporated in a device body such as an audio device or a radio receiver, and an operation knob is projected from an opening of an operation panel attached to the front surface thereof, and the operation knob is extended along the opening. By performing a reciprocating slide operation, the switches are switched and the resistance value is adjusted. Here, the length of the opening is set to be longer than the operation knob in order to secure the movement stroke of the operation knob. Therefore, conventionally, the operation knob is provided with a blindfold plate that reciprocates integrally with the operation knob. A blindfold structure is used in which the opening is always covered from the inside of the operation panel by the blindfold plate.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] With the recent miniaturization of devices, there is an increasing demand for high-density mounting in which a large number of slide operation type electric components having the above-mentioned blindfold plate are arranged close to each other. As a structure therefor, as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-17854 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-161840, a bent portion or a stepped portion is formed at the end of each blindfold plate, and these folded portions are formed. It has been proposed to use a curved portion or a stepped portion to avoid collision between adjacent blindfold plates. In these structures, when one of the operation knobs is moved to the stroke end, the end portion of the blindfold plate attached to the operation knob is adjacent to the bent portion or the stepped portion of the blindfold plate attached to the operation knob. Since it goes in, it is possible to greatly reduce the distance between the openings, which is a very effective means for high-density mounting of electric parts, but it is not without problems.
That is, since each blindfold plate is formed with a bent portion or a stepped portion, a fold line along these bent portions or a boundary line along the stepped portion is visible from the outside through the opening of the operation panel, There was a problem of impairing the appearance.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a plurality of operation knobs are arranged so as to project from the opening with respect to an operation panel having a plurality of openings formed therein, and the operation knobs have the openings inside. In the slide operation type electric component in which the blindfold plates are mounted respectively, the surface of each blindfold plate exposed to the opening is a flat slope inclined in the same direction, and the upper end of the blindfold plate is It is characterized in that a space into which the lower end of the adjacent blind plate can be inserted is formed on the back surface.

With the above structure, when one of the operation knobs is moved to the stroke end, the lower end of the blind plate attached to the operation knob can be inserted into the lower surface of the upper end of the adjacent blind plate. Therefore, it becomes possible to arrange a large number of slide operation type electric components at high density. Here, since the facing surface of each blindfold plate with the opening is formed into a flat slope without a fold line or the like, the designability of the blindfold plate visually recognized from the outside through the opening is improved,
It is possible to provide a blind structure of a slide operation type electric component having an excellent appearance.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view of a blindfold structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of a blindfold plate. In these figures, 1 is a slide switch as a whole, and the slide switch 1
Are soldered on the printed circuit board 2 in the left-right direction (only two of them are shown in the embodiment for convenience of description). Each slide switch 1 has an operation knob 3 on its top surface.
By switching these operation knobs 3 in the directions of arrows A-B in the figure, on / off switching can be performed. 4 is an operation panel,
The operation panel 4 has a plurality of openings 5 corresponding to the slide switches 1. The opening 5 is formed to be slightly larger than the stroke amount of the operation knob 3, and the operation knob 3 is inserted through the opening 5 and the upper end thereof projects to the outside. Reference numeral 6 denotes a blind plate having a flat upper surface and formed to have a substantially uniform thickness. As is clear from FIG. 2, a window hole 6a is formed at the center of the blind plate 6, and the window hole 6a is formed on the opposite side. Has an engaging projection 6b formed in a stepped manner with respect to the upper surface. On the other hand, engaging recesses 3a are formed at the same height on both lower side surfaces of the operation knob 3. By engaging the engaging projections 6a with the engaging recesses 3a, the blindfold plate 6 described above is formed. Is attached to the operation knob 3 so that its upper surface is inclined at a predetermined angle θ with respect to the operation panel 4,
As a result, the upper end of the blind plate 6 (right side in FIG. 1)
A space S corresponding to the inclination angle is defined below the. The size of the blind plate 6 is set so that the opening 5 can always be covered from the inside regardless of the moving position of the operation knob 3.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which two adjacent operation knobs 3 are closest to each other, that is, a state in which the left operation knob 3 is slid in the arrow B direction and the right operation knob 3 is slid in the arrow A direction. In this case, the lower end of the blind plate 6 attached to the operation knob 3 on the right side enters into the space S below the upper right end of the blind plate 6 adjacent to the left side, and the end portions of both blind plates 6 are It is prevented from hitting. Further, when the left operation knob 3 is slid in the direction of arrow A and the right operation knob 3 is slid in the direction of arrow B from the state shown in FIG. 1, both blindfold plates 6 move in a direction away from each other in conjunction with that. . During such an operation, the blindfold plate 6 covers the opening 5 of the operation panel 4 from the inside regardless of the moving position of the operation knob 3. However, as described above, the upper surface of the blindfold plate 6 facing the opening 5 is a flat slope. Therefore, a blindfold structure having an excellent appearance is realized.

In the embodiment described above, the blind plate 6 having a uniform thickness is obliquely attached to the operation knob 3 to secure the space S which allows the insertion of the blind plate adjacent to the lower end of the upper step side end portion thereof. However, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to use a blind plate 6 having a wall thickness that is successively increased along the sliding direction, and form a space S by notching the lower surface on the thick wall side. Also in this case, since the upper surface of the blind plate 6 is a flat slope, the same effect as that of the above-described embodiment can be obtained. Further, the engaging recesses 3a provided on both side surfaces of the operation knob 3 may be preliminarily stepped, and the engaging protrusions 6b of the blindfold plate 6 may be locked to these engaging step portions 3a.

Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the slide switch has been described as an example of the slide operation type electric component, but it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to other slide operation type electric components such as a slide volume.

As described above, in the present invention, a blind plate having a flat upper surface is obliquely attached to the operation knob, and a space is formed adjacent to the rear surface of the upper end of the blind plate to allow insertion of the blind plate. Therefore, not only can a large number of slide operation type electric components be arranged at high density, but also the shape of the blindfold plate seen through the opening can be simplified to provide a blindfold structure with an excellent appearance. it can.
