Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate lost moving time of a torch and to improve the working efficiency by constituting a supporting and moving mechanism for a welding torch positioned at the bottom of the valley-like part of the welding line for the temporalily welded shape steel member. CONSTITUTION:In the constitution of a supporting mechanism, while the temporalily welded shape steel member is longitudinally supported on a roller table 4, the member is reoriented to the longitudinal axis (angular rotation is possible) by a reversing machine 5. While the welding torch is supported opposing to the welding line for the supported member and arranged rotatably to supporting shaft and, at the same time, movable in the crossing direction to the member and the tip of the torch and the welding line are constituted movable corresponding to each other. Thus, continuous welding is carried out front and rear of the welding line when the tip of torch and the member are correspondingly moved either back or forth.

However, in the case of the H-section steel, there are four welding lines parallel to each other, but since the welding bead has a predetermined shape, the angle between the section steel members during welding of each line is For example, in the case of H-shaped steel, the posture of the temporarily-shaped shaped steel member must be maintained so as to form about 45 °.

Further, since the welding torch is moved along the welding line, its direction is formed at a predetermined angle with respect to the direction of the welding line. As a result, the same torch is temporarily attached to the H-shape. Even if two welding lines on the same side of the shaped steel member are welded along the lines with the torch,
There has been a problem that the direction of the shaped steel member must be changed every time welding is performed, or a plurality of welding torches having different torch angles must be prepared.

A supporting carriage 8 for a welding torch 7 is mounted on the moving frame 6 so as to be movable along the frame 6, that is, in a direction traversing the table 4. At the same time, a mounting post 9 of a welding torch 7 is mounted on the carriage 8 so as to be vertically movable and rotatable. Incidentally, 9a is a lifting mechanism for the post 9 and 9b is a turning mechanism. Further, the welding torch 7 is angled on the tip side with respect to the moving direction of the frame 6. This is because the shaped steel member H is subjected to continuous welding.

Reference numeral 10 denotes an earth by a conductive contactor formed on the left and right side portions of the reversing machine 5 so as to be movable back and forth by a cylinder 10a with respect to a shaped steel member H which is mounted and supported.
The end of this contactor is properly grounded via a conductive cable or the like. The above-mentioned ground 10 is on the left, with respect to the shaft 5a of the reversing machine 5.
It is provided on both right sides. It is desirable that the ground 10 be provided on the moving frame 6 of the welding torch 7 and be moved together with the frame 6. This is because, during welding movement, the shaped steel member H moves in synchronism with it and always maintains the shaped steel member H in a grounded state.

In the apparatus of the present invention configured as described above, the welding side of the shaped steel member H will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the shaped steel member H is placed on the rollable table 4 in the posture shown by the solid line in FIG. The rollable table 4 is held in a posture in which it is inclined about 45 degrees clockwise from the horizontal. Here, the lines to be welded of the forming members 1 to 3 of the shaped steel member H are ,. Prior to this placement, the welding torch 7 is moved away from the table 4 by moving its frame 6 on the rail 6a.

In the above state, the tip of the welding torch 7 is positioned at the starting end of the line to be welded between the members 1 and 3 in the shaped steel member H to start welding, and at the same time, the welding torch 7 is started.
Is moved at a predetermined speed to the terminal side of the line to be welded (the side facing the direction perpendicular to the paper surface) (see FIG. 2), and continuous welding is performed on the line to be welded.

When the above first welding is completed, the frame 6 is moved to the outside of the welding line, and the shaped steel member H is formed.
Is hung from above the roller table 4 by a hoist or the like and turned upside down along the length direction of the table 4 (see FIG. 3) so that the line to be welded next is in the same direction as above. It is placed on the rollable table 4. Here, the reason why the line to be welded is welded second is to avoid the influence of heat due to welding as much as possible.

Since the welding start end of the line to be welded is located on the side where the frame 6 has moved in the first welding, the direction of continuous movement of the welding torch 7 and the neck relative to the welded portion. The slope of is opposite to that for the above.
Therefore, in the device of the present invention, the welding torch 7 is rotated 180 degrees from the first welding direction. As a result, the torch 7 is moved by the movement of the frame 6 from the side perpendicular to the paper surface to the front side, and the continuous fillet welding is performed on the line to be welded. This completes the second welding.

When the moving frame 6 supporting the torch 7 is moved to the front side by the second welding, the frame 6 is changed from the low lathe 4 to the dog transfer or the like. Fix and rotate and tilt the entire rollable table. That is, the shaped steel member H is rolled by a dog transfer or the like.
It is fixed to the lathe, and the relevant la-later 4 is turned upside down 5
The member H is rotated by about 90 degrees in the counterclockwise direction, and the member H is lowered and mounted and supported on the table 4 whose direction has been changed. The welding torch 7 is also moved by the movement of the frame 6 for continuous fillet welding along the line to be welded while maintaining the position of the line to be welded at the time of welding. Continuous welding is applied to the power line (see FIG. 4).

When the welding torch 7 moves to the opposite side in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface and the welding of the line to be welded is completed, the shaped steel member H is hung by a crane or the like and inverted (inside out), While mounting on the rollable table 4,
The post 7 is rotated 180 degrees to reverse the inclination direction of the torch 7, and continuous fillet welding is performed on the line to be welded from the side perpendicular to the paper surface to the front side. (See Figure 5).

In the continuous fillet welding for each of the above lines to be welded, when the welding torch 7 is moved,
Either one of the ars 10 provided on the left and the right of the reversing machine 5 comes into contact with the shaped steel member H or the roller table 4 and moves. Further, the above example describes an example in which the shaped steel member H formed of the members 1 to 3 is formed into an H shaped steel, but the shaped steel that can be formed is not limited to the sectional shape of the above example, and the present invention is It can be applied to shaped steel of any cross-sectional shape.

Further, in the above example, the welding torch 7 is moved with respect to the shaped steel member H for continuous welding.
It may be moved on the side of the rollable table 4 or the shaped steel member H. Further, it is also possible to make both both 4 and 6 movable so that either one or both can be moved depending on the conditions such as the size and length of the members.
In FIG. 6, a roller latte 41 using a roller having a function of conveying the shaped steel member H to the roller latte 4 and a roller latte 4 not having a conveying function are welded together. -Rotate while facing the movable frame 6 that supports the jaws 7 in between.
It is a top view of another example of the device of the present invention constituted by disposing two hoists 11 and 12 above the bull 4. Where the hoist
12 is a type that can move in the length direction of the table 4. In this device, the shaped steel member H formed by the rollable table 41 is used.
The welding torch 7 reciprocates with respect to each line to be welded of the shaped steel member H by the combination of the conveyance of the moving frame 6 to the tables 4 and 41 by the conveyance of the moving frame 6 to the table 4 side. Since the welding work can be performed continuously when performing, continuous welding work becomes possible.

As described above, the present invention makes it possible to turn a welding torch in an apparatus for performing continuous welding by relatively moving a line to be welded and a welding torch. Due to
Since the continuous welding can be performed on the line to be welded from either the front side or the rear side of the line to be welded in any of the forward and backward movements of the relative movement, in the conventional apparatus, the welding is performed separately for each moving direction. It is economical because one of the welding torches provided on the
Compared with the equipment that was performing continuous welding by using a chi, the idle movement time of the torch is eliminated, so the work rate increases.
There are special effects that cannot be obtained with conventional devices.
