Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method of folding a tubular synthetic resin film into a bellows shape in a tubular shape, and more specifically, to prevent corrosion of a steel pipe, insulation of an electric wire, or underground burial. The present invention relates to a method for folding a tubular membrane, which is suitable for covering the outer circumference or the inner circumference for the purpose of stopping water in a pipe, into a bellows in the longitudinal direction.

In recent years, large-diameter steel pipes, fume pipes, ceramic pipes, or plastic pipes have been developed by burying the outer surface of pipes when burying them underground by culverts, drainage pipes, etc. in waterworks and drainage works. ing. In these construction methods, tubular membranes with various diameters are used according to the diameter of the pipe to be buried, and they are exposed to the harsh conditions of being buried in the pipe at the same time as being covered by the pipe, so they can withstand it. A membrane having performance, that is, a membrane having a certain thickness and rigidity is used. In addition, it is difficult for the tubular film used for coating to keep a film having a length of several tens to several hundreds m and a considerable thickness in a tubular form.

(1) To cover the surface of the pipe at the same time as burying it at the burial site, donut-shaped bellows-shaped so that the volume is as small as possible for the tubular membrane storage pipe or device that has been conventionally used. The tubular membrane can be easily drawn out from the storage tube when it is folded into a tube and covered with the tube. (2) The diameter of the tubular membrane is from 200 mmφ to 10 mφ
Since it has a wide diameter of 30 to 1000 m and can be used in a large amount of small quantities, it can be used for a large variety of small quantities. (3) Do not fold the tubular membrane, but fold it into a donut-shaped bellows. At the time of folding, the position of the folds that folds the tubular membrane into a bellows shape is fixed in a ring shape at a right angle to the length direction and the shape is retained in the folded state. As a method of folding the bellows into a bellows shape, a ring-shaped rim is fixed to the tubular membrane at a constant pitch as seen in a wind pipe, and a method of manually folding it into a bellows shape or a method of folding it into a spiral shape (Patent application No. 59-39241), an octagonal folding method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-2429), and a multiple folding method with a constant stroke in the axial direction (Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-16926).
No.) etc. have been proposed.

That is, the present invention is one or two or more in which a long cylindrical synthetic resin film is fed from one side, and both the ridges of folds with a constant pitch and the ridges to be cut next are provided on the outer periphery of the film. While holding the film with each of the fixing jigs that are movable vertically, horizontally, and horizontally and are detachable, move the jig of the mountain part to be moved to the other mountain part, and remove the rear mountain part. A cylindrical synthetic resin film is bellows characterized by repeating the operation of holding and delivering to the fixing jig of the previous mountain portion, and moving and holding the jig for fixing the latter mountain portion to the mountain portion of the next pitch. It is a method of folding into a shape.

Specifically, a long tubular synthetic resin film to be folded is fed out from one side, and is held in a tubular shape by a folding cassette equipped with a disk or a cylindrical body for holding the film in a tubular shape. The tip is attached to a temporary end plate so that it can move in the direction of the central axis of the cassette, and the movable and detachable fixing jig provided on the outer periphery of the membrane is used to fold the folds of the tubular membrane at each folding pitch. While holding the mountain portion, one of the folds is moved to the other fold by the movement of the fixing jig, and the folding of one pitch is completed. During this time, the method of folding the valleys to prevent the folded chicks from becoming cluttered and the folded state bulky, and the restraining operation to prevent the folded folds from returning to their original state by the spring effect are combined. When the folding is completed by repeating these operations, the temporary end plate is removed, and the end portion of the tubular membrane is reattached to the end plate of the folding cassette.

That is, the membrane 1 having its tip fixed to a folding cassette 3 having a disc or a cylindrical body 2 for holding the membrane 1 in a tubular shape.
Is set as shown in FIG. The membrane may be directly fixed to the end plate 5 of the folding cassette 3 without using the temporary end plate 4. The original fabric in which the tubular film is folded in two is pulled out from the original fabric roll 6 via the roll 7, and is covered on the folding cassette 3 from the upper side via the nip rolls 8 and 8 ', and is formed on the temporary end plate 4 or the end plate 5 in a tubular shape. The tip of the membrane is fixed with a fixture such as a tack.

Next, the chuck devices 9a, 9 that are movable up and down and back and forth
The tubular membranes are cylindrically held in two upper and lower stages at a constant pitch width p to be folded by a'and 10a, 10a '. As the upper chucking device is lowered, the film is folded inward between the two chucks. At this time, the membrane may be regularly pushed inward by the pushing plate 11 in order to prevent generation of irregular chicks on the inner side. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, it is folded into a bellows shape as it is in a tubular shape. Then the membrane is 1
The chucks 10a and 10a 'are transferred and fixed to the chucks 9a and 9a' at the ridges 2 and 12 '.
a and 10a 'are raised by the next pitch and the above operation is repeated. Folding is performed by continuously performing this operation, and the tubular membrane is folded into a bellows one after another as shown in FIG. 2 (b).

The one shown in FIG. 5 shows an embodiment different from the above-mentioned one, and in order to facilitate the holding of the tubular film by the upper chuck device shown in FIG. The upper circular plate 2 of the folding cassette 3 in FIG. 6 is provided with a notch as shown in FIG. That is, in the operation of continuously folding the membrane, the membrane that is newly folded in the next step is always held by the chuck device at the notch portion of the notch disc 2 and lowered and folded. The folding membrane whose tip is fixed to the temporary end plate is lowered downward for each folding, and when the folding is completed, the temporary end plate is removed and replaced with the end plate of the folding cassette. The membrane folded in the cassette is stored together with the cassette in a storage pipe connected to the rear part of the shield machine during the burying work.

FIG. 7 further shows a pushing plate 11 used in the embodiment of FIG.
Instead of rotating, the upper chuck is rotated by a predetermined amount in the circumferential direction while the tubular chuck is held in two stages by the upper and lower chuck devices so that the chicks generated inside when the film is folded are regular. If you lower it while letting it fold, regular chicks are folded like a drum on the membrane. When newly folded in the next step, the upper chuck is rotated in the opposite direction. By repeating this operation alternately, the membrane can be folded without causing twisting, and can be easily unwound from the containment pipe when performing pipe coating during burying work.
