(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Therefore, when entering the bathtub at a high water level, hot water overflows from the upper part of the bathtub, and the overflowed hot water is wasted. Therefore, when pouring hot water into the bathtub, it is necessary to pay attention to the water level, and if this is not done, there is waste. Also, the water level depends on the physique, and the water level drops after a person with a large physique takes a bath. Therefore, the next person to bathe had to add hot water or settle for a lower water level.

By the way, since foreign matter such as dirt and hair entering the bathtub 1 when bathing is light, it easily floats upward, and therefore overflows from the upper edge of the bathtub 1 together with the collecting means to the hot water storage means 1
0 is introduced into the hot water storage means 10 and then flows through the reflux path 12 together with the hot water which is refluxed from the hot water storage means 10. In the embodiment, however, since the reflux path 12 is provided with the filter section 15, these foreign matters are filtered by the filter section 15.
It is removed from the hot water flowing back into the bath 1. Therefore, the hot water in the bathtub 1 can be maintained in a clear state. The foreign matter collected in the filtering unit 15 may be removed from the filtering unit 15 by, for example, replacing the filtering material of the filtering unit 15 every appropriate period, or as described above, the reflux path 12 and the backwashing path of the filtering unit 15 may be removed. 1
8 may be branched, and may be configured to be removed from the filtration unit 15 by backwashing after being used for an appropriate period. In the above-mentioned backwash passage 18, the backwash water from the backwash water passage is supplied to the switching valve 1 in the state where the reflux is not performed.
After passing through the filtering section 15 in the direction opposite to the reflux direction via 9b, and draining from the drainage path 21 via the switching valve 19a, foreign matter is removed by backwashing and the filter medium is regenerated. In addition to tap water, hot water in the bathtub 1 can be used as the backwash water. The hot water lost from the reflux system due to the first use of hot water or the use of hot water in the bathtub 1 may be appropriately replenished by a hot water supply device or the like. In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, in addition to the pump 11, the reheating heat exchanging section 14 and the filtering section 15 are configured in the reflux path 12, but these may be omitted, for example, in the bathtub 1. The hot water may be reheated by installing a bath kettle in the bathtub 1, and the foreign matter can be removed by the same method as in the normal bathtub 1.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the present invention, hot water is overflowed from the upper edge of the bathtub when bathing, and the overflowed hot water is returned to the bathtub again through the return path. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a high water level in the bathtub and to maintain the water level at which the water overflows without paying attention to the bathtub. The water level in the bathtub is not affected by the physique, and the disadvantage that the water level is not lowered after a person with a large physique takes a bath does not occur. Particularly, the present invention has a gutter-shaped collection groove for collecting hot water overflowing from the bathtub body portion, and a wide portion corresponding to the wide portion of the upper peripheral member formed by the rotation and movement arrangement of the bath body with respect to the upper peripheral member. Since the part is configured, the flow of the hot water overflowing is improved by this part, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the overflow from the upper peripheral member to the outside, and the bather can configure the entrance / exit part configured in the width ridge part of the upper peripheral member. Since the bathtub body is moved in and out, there is an effect that it is easy to go in and out.
