[Means for Solving the Problems] The gist of the present invention is that the self-weight is 50 to 1000.
A trauma self-repairing waterproof sheet, characterized in that two non-breathable polymer roofing sheets made of a synthetic rubber sheet are laminated and integrated on both sides of a water-swelling resin sheet having a water absorption capacity of about twice.

In the present invention, a synthetic rubber sheet is used as the non-breathable polymer roofing. As a synthetic rubber sheet,
The main component is one or more blended rubbers such as chloroprene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, nitrile rubber, and styrene butadiene rubber, and inorganic fillers, oils, vulcanizing agents, antioxidants, etc. are kneaded to form a sheet. A molded and vulcanized rubber sheet is used.

As the water-swelling resin in the present invention, for example, a polymer having a hydrophilic group such as a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group introduced into the side chain of the polymer can be used.
A material having a water absorption capacity of about 0 times is preferable. When it is 50 times or less, the water absorption is insufficient, so that the object of the present invention for immediately preventing water leakage cannot be achieved, and when it is 1000 times or more,
Since the strength of the polymer itself after absorbing water is large, it cannot be used for a long time.

[Operation] The trauma self-repairing waterproof sheet of the present invention has a self-weight of 50 to 50%.
Two non-breathable polymer roofings made of synthetic rubber sheets are laminated and integrated on both sides of a water-swellable resin sheet having a water absorption capacity of about 1000 times, so that some kind of trauma after construction on a trauma self-repairing waterproof sheet. Even if occurs, the water-swelling resin sheet of the intermediate layer effectively absorbs water and swells, and the swelling causes the water-swelling resin sheet layer itself to block the external damage and to be laminated and integrated with the water-swelling resin sheet layer. The swelling material of the water-swelling resin sheet also extends into the wound portion of the two non-air-permeable polymer roofing layers, and it is possible to completely prevent further water entry from the outside.

Moreover, the self-repairing trauma sheet of the present invention is highly reliable because it can be self-repaired, and has a good appearance without the unevenness of the repaired portion as in the conventional case.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes two non-breathable polymer roofings made of a synthetic rubber sheet, and water having a water absorption capacity of 50 to 1000 times its own weight is provided between the upper and lower two polymer roofings 1. A resin sheet layer 2 of a polymer or the like in which a hydrophilic group such as a carboxy group or a hydroxyl group is introduced into a side chain of a polymer having a swelling property is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the trauma self-repairing waterproof sheet of FIG. 1 is adhered to the concrete vehicle body 4 with the adhesive 3, even if the non-breathable polymer roofing 1 is traumatized after the construction, it enters from the trauma portion. The water swells the resin sheet layer 2, and as a result, the swollen material of the resin sheet layer 2 extends not only to the damaged portion of the resin sheet layer 2 but also to the damaged portion of the non-breathable polymer roofing 1 to cause the damage. I will block it.

The structure shown in FIG. 3 is the structure of the test sample 5, and the water absorption capacity 7
With the resin layer 2 of 0, 500, 900 times, even if the polymer roofing 1 is damaged, it can withstand a water pressure of 1 kg / cm 2 .
No water leakage, but 1kg for resin layer 2 with 30 times water absorption capacity
Water leaks at a water pressure of / cm 2 and resin layer 2 has a water absorption capacity of 2000 times
Then, the resin layer 2 was extruded at a water pressure of 1 kg / cm 2 , and the result was obtained that the sealing effect was lost. From these, it was found that the resin layer 2 having a water absorption capacity of 50 to 1000 times is suitable.
