の発明の要旨とするところは、 (1)連結すべき2本の管の端部を各々鞘管に内挿して
突き合わせ、管外周面に設けた波型のパッキンを前後か
ら押圧することにより、該パッキンを管と鞘管に密着さ
せ、止水性を得ることを特徴とする管継手。 (2)(1)記載の波型パッキンを使用した継手構造に
おいて、パッキンの変形保持として、ストッパーを設け
ることにより、施工時の溶接、ボルト締め作業を全く必
要とせず、ストッパーが爪に掛かるまで管を押し込むだ
