2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional construction method for building walls, especially partition walls, studs are erected vertically with a certain distance from the upper and lower runners attached to the ceiling and floor. It is common to install and fix the fireproof partition wall by using fireproof material for the base wall material, or to fill the space between the base wall material with a heat insulating material or sound insulation material as needed. To achieve heat insulation and sound insulation performance. In particular, in order to further improve heat insulation and sound insulation performance, the outer wall material is attached onto the inner wall material by combining the wall material with at least one of the heat insulation wall material or the sound insulation wall material.
Layered partition walls are known.

In particular, a connecting metal article 2 for holding the inner wall material 11 therebetween.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 0 designates a long connecting metal piece having a U-shaped cross section. The flange portions 21 on both sides, the auxiliary flange portions 22 projecting in the opposite direction to the flange portions 21, and the flange portions 21 And a web portion 22 connecting the auxiliary flange portion 22. The web portion 22 includes a plurality of projecting lip portions 24 and 25 spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction.
Is provided on both sides of the inner wall so as to project in the vertical direction, and the inner wall member 1
It is designed so that 1 can be held. In addition, this connection hardware 2
0 is made of a steel plate, an iron plate or the like, and a zinc iron plate is particularly suitable. In particular, the auxiliary web portion 22 and the lips 24, 25 are provided with notches in the web portion 22 of the connecting hardware 20 as clearly shown in FIG. 3, and along this notch, for example, the auxiliary flange portion 22 is opposite to the flange portion 21. Further, the lip portions 24 and 25 are provided at intervals by alternately arranging every other notch formed in the web portion 23 and alternately raising them on both sides of the web portion 23 at right angles to the web portion 23. . In addition, by bending the tips of any of the projecting lip portions 24 and 25 slightly inward, the inner wall material 11 is formed into the flange portion 21 and the auxiliary flange portion 2.
It is designed to be easily inserted between 2 and the lip portions 24 and 25. Further, if necessary, the bent tip ends of the lip portions 24 and 25 are sandwiched so that the heat insulating material filled between the inner wall members 11 can be preferably elastically held in the lateral direction. It can be used. Of course, a large number of these connecting metal pieces 20 can be stacked and packed and transported, and the connected metal pieces 20 can be favorably stacked at the time of stacking and transportation, and the stacking and packing volume can be minimized. It is possible. Further, if necessary, a hole having an appropriate shape may be provided between the lip portions 24 and 25 of the web portion 23 to reduce the weight of the coupling hardware 20. Further, the flange portion 21 of the connecting hardware 20 is not only bent at a substantially right angle, but is also bent at least in a double or triple manner, and the tip of the flange portion 21 and the auxiliary flange portion 22 has an elongated cap with a U-shaped cross section. By covering and caulking the material, it is possible to increase the strength, and also to increase the sound absorption effect that absorbs noise and heat by absorbing sound and heat and the heat insulation effect that blocks heat transfer. .

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a ceiling runner 5 attached to a ceiling 2, a wall 3 and a floor 4 of a building 1 by marking out, a vertical wall runner 6 and a floor runner 7 are provided.
On the other hand, one of the inner wall members 11 such as a taper board having a taper on both vertical end sides is attached and fixed by screws. Long connecting metal fittings 20 along the vertical end sides of the inner wall material 11 thus attached to the ceiling runner 5, the vertical wall runner 6, and the floor runner 7.
The flange portion 21 and the lip portion 24 are fitted and attached, and the inner wall member 11 is fixed and sandwiched between the flange portion 21 and the lip portion 24 (FIG. 4). Then, a heat insulating material such as rock wool or glass wool is packed and attached to the inside of the inner wall material 11 fixed and attached in this way, and the inner wall material 11 on the opposite side facing the outside of the heat insulation material is lengthened. The end portion is the flange portion 21 of the connecting hardware 20.
At the same time as it is inserted and sandwiched between the lip 24,
Inner wall material 11 is ceiling runner 5, vertical wall runner 6
And also to the floor runner 7 by screws. In this way, the attached inner wall materials 1 on both sides are attached.
An outer wall material 12 is attached to the top of the sheet 1 by a fixing member such as a staple 30 (FIG. 4). Subsequently, the connecting metal piece 2 on the vertical end side portion of the inner wall member 11 previously attached
The vertical end sides of the new adjacent inner wall member 11 are inserted between the auxiliary flange portion 22 and the lip portion 25 of 0 to be firmly connected, and at the same time, the upper and lower edges of the inner wall member 11 are vertically moved by screws. Is attached to and fixed to the ceiling runner 5 and the floor runner 7, respectively, and the flange portion 21 and the lip 24 of the connecting hardware 20 are provided on the other vertical end side portions of the new inner wall material 11 that are attached adjacent to each other. It is inserted and fixed. Then, a heat insulating material is similarly attached to the inside of the inner wall material 11, and the inner wall material 11 on the opposite side is attached.
The vertical end side portion of the ceiling runner 5 is inserted and sandwiched between the auxiliary flange portion 22 and the lip portion 25 of the connecting hardware 20.
Then, the outer wall material 12 is attached to the floor runner 7 by screws, and the outer wall material 12 is attached by the staples 30 as in the previous case (FIG. 6). In this way, new inner wall material 11, connecting metal piece 20, and outer wall material 12 are attached in order to construct a two-layer partition wall.

Furthermore, the two-layered partition wall 1 according to the present invention.
No. 0, the inner wall material 11 filled with the heat insulating material is filled with foam mortar using an appropriate filling machine, and the inner wall material 11 and the heat insulating material are integrated by the foam mortar to form the partition wall itself. It can be made even stronger. The strength of the foamed mortar can be appropriately adjusted by changing the specific gravity or the air amount. Of course, in this case, it is preferable to perform necessary electric wiring and communication wiring in advance.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the two-layered partition wall of the present invention constructed as above and the construction method thereof, the inner wall material is applied from both sides to the ceiling and floor runners and the vertical runners attached to the wall. Attach it with screws, fit the flange and lip of the long connecting metal fitting to the vertical end side of the inner wall material, install the inner wall material on both sides with a gap, and install the inner wall material. A partition wall can be constructed easily and quickly by further mounting an outer wall material on the inner wall material.
Furthermore, by filling the space between the inner wall materials with an appropriate heat insulating material or sound insulation material as necessary, the fire and sound insulation performance can be further improved, and the inner wall materials can be connected in a long and unique manner without using any studs. It can be easily installed at a predetermined interval using metal items, can be constructed efficiently with simple means, and can be constructed automatically, shortening the construction period and improving the economic efficiency as well.
