によるワイヤハーネス組立方法のための製造装置で、一
次組立部A、二次組立部B、搬送制御部Cで構成する。
なお、搬送制御部Cの搬送部は手動、またはエアー、油
圧などの公知の駆動装置技術で構成する。第7図は公知
技術であるロボットハンドを利用した把持具の詳細であ
り、エアーにより保持指の開閉を行うもので、保持指の
内面は可撓性を有する、例えばゴムやプラスチック等が
嵌込まれ、電線集束品であるがために変形しやすい一次
組立品4の保持を容易にかつ確実にする。第8図は一次
組立品4ならびに二次組立品7の加工作業用のワイヤハ
ーネスの保持治具3で、上部のU型部分は組立品のワイ
ヤハーネスの外径寸法・付属部品等により適当な形状の
物を各々選択できる。第2図・第3図に示す組立図板
5,6は、この保持治具3をワイヤハーネスの形状・寸
法に合わせて組立図板上に固定したものである。

し、二次組立図板6上に設けた保持治具3の上方に停止
