[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a condenser pipe fixing device for condensing a refrigerant in a cooling device such as a refrigerator or a freezer, and is intended to reliably fix a condenser pipe.

[Prior art]

Conventionally, cooling devices such as refrigerators and freezers are provided with condenser pipes. As this condenser pipe, it is known that a thin pipe is formed in a meandering shape by providing a plurality of U-shaped bent portions at regular intervals. Since this condenser pipe itself cannot maintain its strength, it is necessary to provide a certain amount of reinforcement when it is attached to the cooling device body. Examples of the reinforcing method include the device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-11797, the device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-85276, the device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-165576, and the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-165580. There are ideas mentioned.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

In the conventional device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-11797, a plurality of long holes are opened in an L-shaped fixed body, and a U-shaped bent portion of a condenser pipe is inserted into the long holes. Fixing the condenser pipe.

However, in this conventional method, when the bent portion of the condenser pipe is formed, the bent portion cannot be properly inserted into the elongated hole of the fixed body unless the pipe is bent accurately. . Also, with this conventional method, once the oblong holes are opened, the interval between the oblong holes cannot be changed, so there is a drawback that it cannot be used for condenser pipes where this interval does not match the interval between bent parts. Had.

In the device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 56-85276, fixed pipes that also serve as heat radiation are welded and fixed to the front and back sides of the condenser pipe. However, in this conventional method, since there are many welding points between the condenser pipe and the fixed pipe, the welding work requires a lot of time and labor, and the cost is high.

Further, the inventions described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 58-165576 and 58-165580 form a duct for covering a condenser pipe, and a bent portion of the condenser pipe is provided inside the duct. An engaging piece that is fixedly fitted is provided. However, in this conventional method, since it is necessary to form a plurality of engaging pieces corresponding to the bent portions, it takes time and labor to manufacture and the cost is high. In addition, in this conventional method, the engaging pieces are fixedly formed so that they cannot be moved. Therefore, for condenser pipes in which the distance between the engaging pieces and the distance between the bent portions do not match, It could not be used.

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and when a condenser pipe is fixed to a cooling device body such as a refrigerator or a freezer, it can be fixed easily and surely. It does not take time and effort and is done at a low price.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a fixed main body having a U-shaped cross section and a plurality of U-shaped bent portions at regular intervals to form a meandering capacitor pipe. The bent part of the condenser pipe is inserted and fixed between both side walls of the fixed body having a U-shaped cross section.

Further, the capacitor pipe is composed of a long fixed body having a U-shaped cross section and a condenser pipe formed in a meandering shape by providing a plurality of U-shaped bent portions at regular intervals. The bent portion may be inserted between both side walls having a U-shaped cross section of the fixed main body, and both side walls may be connected and fixed at regular intervals in this inserted state.

Further, the connecting and fixing of the both side walls may be performed by welding.

Further, the connecting and fixing of the both side walls may be performed by sandwiching the both side walls from the outer surface on the opening edge side with a sandwiching piece folded in two.

In addition, the connecting and fixing of both side walls may be performed by providing U-shaped notches that do not come into contact with the opening edge on both side walls and stacking the locking pieces formed by these notches and folding them back to the condenser pipe side. good.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. (1) is a fixed body, which is formed in a long shape by a metal material, plastic, etc., and as shown in FIG. ) Is connected to form a U-shaped section from one end to the other.

Further, the fixed main bodies (1) are formed in a pair, and the pair of fixed main bodies (1) are positioned in parallel with each other with a constant interval, and the fixed main body (1) has a U-shaped cross section. Position the opening (4) inwardly.

Further, the fixed main body (1) has a bracket (5) fixed to the outer surface of one of both side walls (2) and can be attached to a cooling device main body (not shown).

Further, in this fixed body (1), the bent portion (7) of the condenser pipe (6) is inserted and fixed between both side walls (2). As shown in FIG. 1, the condenser pipe (6) is formed by folding a long metal pipe in a meandering shape, and a plurality of U-shaped bent portions (7) are provided at regular intervals. There is.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the condenser pipe (6) has a bent portion (7) inserted between both side walls (2) of a pair of fixed main bodies (1) positioned in parallel. As a result, the bent portions (7) on both sides are clamped and fixed to enable reinforcement. Therefore, the condenser pipe (6) can be securely fixed without fear that the bent portion (7) will fall off from the fixed body (1).

Further, since the fixed main body (1) has a U-shaped cross section from one end to the other end, and both side walls (2) are continuously formed, the structure is simplified and the molding is easy. Become.

Further, since the fixed main body (1) continuously forms both side walls (2), the bent portion (7) can be inserted from anywhere between the both side walls (2). Is possible. Therefore, even if a plurality of types of condenser pipes (6) are formed by changing the interval between the bent portions (7), the plurality of types of condenser pipes (6) can be fixed by the same fixing body (1). It is possible and can be fixed reasonably.

Further, in the above embodiment, the fixing body (1) is fixed by inserting and holding the bent portion (7) of the capacitor pipe (6) between both side walls (2) having a U-shaped cross section. It was However, in the second embodiment, after inserting the bent portion (7) of the condenser pipe (6) between both side walls (2), the both side walls (2) are inserted in this state as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the side walls (2) corresponding to the inside of the bent portion (7) are welded and the welded portions (8) are provided, so that the connection and fixation are performed at regular intervals. Is going.

Thus, by connecting and fixing the both side walls (2) at regular intervals, displacement of the condenser pipe (6) and the like are eliminated, and firm fixing is possible. Also, if the side walls (2) are connected and fixed by welding, the connecting and fixing work becomes quicker and the workability can be improved.

In the second embodiment, the side walls (2) are connected and fixed by welding. In the third embodiment, the side walls (2) are connected and fixed as shown in FIG. As shown in Fig. 7, the two side walls (2) are clamped from the outer surface on the opening edge side by a two-fold clamping piece (9). By using the sandwiching piece (9) in this way, simple connection and fixing can be performed without using a welding tool or the like.

Further, in the third embodiment, the side walls (2) are connected and fixed by using the sandwiching piece (9) folded in half, but in the fourth embodiment, the both side walls (2) are fixed. 8), as shown in FIG. 8, U-shaped notches (10) that do not come into contact with the opening edges are provided on both side walls (2), and a locking piece formed by these notches (10). As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the (11) is overlapped and folded back to the condenser pipe (6) side. By doing so, other components are not required, and thus inexpensive connection and fixing is possible.

In addition, in the fourth embodiment, the connecting and fixing of the both side walls (2) is performed by folding back the locking piece (11) formed by the notch portion (10), but in the fifth embodiment. In order to connect and fix both side walls (2), as shown in FIG. 11, a cut line (12) is provided from one side of the opening edge of both side walls (2), and the cut line (12) is fixed. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, both side walls (2) are overlapped and folded back from both sides. By doing this, it becomes possible to simply connect and fix.

In addition, in the fifth embodiment, the side walls (2) are connected and fixed by folding back both sides of the cut line (12). As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the connection and fixing of 2) is performed by penetrating and fixing the rivet (13) to both side walls (2). If done in this way, more reliable connection and fixation can be achieved.

Further, the position where the rivet (13) penetrates the both side walls (2) may be inside the bent portion (7), or as shown in FIG. 14, the bent portion (7). You may go at intervals.

Further, in the above embodiment, the both side walls (2) are connected and fixed, but in the seventh and eighth embodiments, the both side walls (2) engage the bent portion (7). An engaging projection (14) such as a latch is provided on the inner surface for clamping and fixing the condenser pipe (6).

For example, in the seventh embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the both side walls (2) are formed on the inner surface portion corresponding to the inside of the bent portion (7) of the condenser pipe (6). The engaging protrusion (14) is formed so as to project to prevent the bent portion (7) from being separated from the side walls (2).

In addition, in the eighth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the both side walls (2) project the engaging protrusion (14) on the inner surface of the outside of the bent portion (7). Is forming.

Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the both side walls (2) have the engaging protrusions (14) corresponding to the inside of the bent portion (7) and the engaging protrusions provided on the outside of the bent portion (7). Although the portion (14) is formed separately, if the respective engaging protrusions (14) are both formed, the bent portion (7) can be further firmly engaged and fixed.

[Effect of device]

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when fixing a condenser pipe to a cooling device body such as a refrigerator or a freezer, the condenser pipe is folded between both side walls of a fixed main body having a U-shaped cross section. This is done by inserting the music part.

Therefore, the bent condenser pipe is integrated and reinforced, and there is no possibility that the bent portion may fall off between the both side walls without permission, so that reliable fixing is possible. Moreover, since the fixed body is provided in a U-shaped cross section, the structure is simplified and the molding becomes easy.

Moreover, since the both sides of the fixed main body are continuously formed, the bent portion can be inserted from anywhere between the two side walls. Therefore, even if a plurality of types of condenser pipes are formed by changing the interval between the bent portions, the plurality of types of condenser pipes can be fixed by the same fixing body, which enables rational fixing.

In addition, the fixed main body can be further connected and fixed by inserting the bent portion of the condenser pipe between both side walls and then connecting and fixing the both side walls at regular intervals in this insertion state. It is possible.
