2. Description of the Related Art FIGS. 3 and 4 are explanatory views of the structure and function of a conventional belt pressure type single-faced corrugated board manufacturing machine.
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of the problem. In the conventional single-faced corrugated board manufacturing machine of the type shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the core paper 3 which is corrugated by being rotatably transferred through the gap between the upper and lower rolls 1 and 2 meshed with each other is formed. After the glue 4 is applied to the top of the step, it is overlapped with the liner 5 fed through another path, and a predetermined temperature and pressure are applied to form the single-sided corrugated board sheet 6. In this conventional single-sided corrugated board manufacturing machine, an endless belt (endless belt) is proposed as a pressing method required for bonding both sheets (core paper, liner) instead of the old type pressure roll. A part of the belt 7 is brought into contact with the belt 7 to apply a pressing force by the tension of the belt 7. By the way, when the core paper 3 and the liner 5 which are stacked via the transferred glue 4 are stuck together, a moderate temperature, pressurizing force and pressurizing time are conditionally required. Correlation is recognized between the pressure times.

That is, the pressurizing time can be shortened by increasing the pressurizing force, and the pressurizing force can be decreased by extending the pressurizing time. Further, even if the temperature applied to the glue 4 is increased, the pressing time can be shortened. Based on the above correlation, the manufacturing machines shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 have the rolls 8a and 8b around which the endless belt 7 is wound.
There is a structure in which a part of the belt is movable and the tension of the belt 7 and the winding angle θ with respect to the corrugated rolls 1 and 2 can be arbitrarily set.

However, in the conventional belt pressure type single facer, the heating of the glue 4 which is a necessary condition when the stacked core paper 3 and the liner 5 are bonded is mainly steam. Is carried out from the corrugated roll side where the outer peripheral surface is heated to a high temperature through the core paper 3, and as shown in FIG.
There is a tendency to radiate heat to. Therefore, the heat efficiency in gelling the glue 4 is poor, and when the single-faced corrugated board sheet 6 is produced at high speed, the sticking force of the glue 4 may be reduced to cause sticking failure. There was a problem that could not be realized. By the way, the conventional belt pressure type single facer is a corrugated roll in which steam is introduced to heat the paste, which is necessary for laminating the core paper and the liner, which have been rolled up, to raise the outer peripheral surface temperature. It is given from the core paper, and on the other side, the base paper (liner), on the other hand, tends to be deprived of heat by the endless belt and cooled. Therefore, the heat efficiency of gelling the paste is poor and the bonding force is reduced, so that the bonding speed is limited. In other words, there is a problem that it is not possible to produce corrugated board sheets at high speed. The present invention has been proposed to solve the above conventional problems.

In the present invention, the heating to the paste required for bonding the core paper and the liner to each other, that is, the amount of heat required to gel the paste, is increased as in the prior art. Not only is it applied from the roll side via the core paper, but it is also applied from the endless belt side via the liner by heating the endless belt. Therefore, since the thermal efficiency is improved, it is possible to reduce the time (distance) for sandwiching and conveying the liner and the core paper in a pressed state, and it is possible to significantly improve the productivity (speed up) of the corrugated board sheet. Further, if the heating state (temperature) to the belt is appropriately fed back and controlled, the most ideal laminating condition can be set corresponding to the specifications of the base paper and the corrugated board sheet production speed.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, some or all of the rolls 8a, 8b for winding and running the endless belt 7 are formed in a hollow shape, and the upper and lower rolls 1 and 2 have high temperature and high pressure inside. The steam is introduced and the endless belt 7 is heated by the heat conduction from the outer peripheral surfaces of the rolls 8a and 8b which are heated by this. That is, in addition to the conventional method in which the paste 4 applied to the step top portion of the core paper 3 is heated to gel by the step rolls 1 or 2 heated by introducing high-temperature steam or the like, in addition to the endless belt 7
By raising the temperature of the glue liner 5 from the outside
Since the heat is applied from both the front and back sides of the single-faced corrugated board sheet 6, the efficiency of accelerating gelation of the glue 4 is much higher, and the traveling speed of the single-faced corrugated sheet sheet 6, that is, It is possible to greatly improve productivity. Further, in the apparatus of this type, the surface temperature of the endless belt 7 can be controlled to a certain extent by appropriately adjusting the conditions such as the pressure of the steam introduced into the rolls 8a and 8b. In the figure, 9 is a detector that detects (measures) the surface temperature of the endless belt 7, and sends a detection signal to the control device 10 to control the state of steam introduced into the rolls 8a and 8b. it can. Therefore, the surface temperature of the endless belt 7 can be automatically controlled (elevated) by inputting conditions such as the specifications of the base paper of the single-faced corrugated sheet 6 to be manufactured and the manufacturing speed. Conversely, by actually measuring the surface temperature of the endless belt 7 and performing feedback control, it is possible to control (increase or decrease) the production speed of the single-faced corrugated sheet 6.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the run-out core paper and the liner fed through another path are transferred and supplied to the chevron top of the core paper. When pasting, not only heating the necessary glue from the core paper side through the heated corrugated roll as in the past, but also by heating the endless belt outside (liner side) ) Can also be added from. Therefore, by improving the efficiency of gelation promotion, high-speed production of corrugated board sheets becomes possible, and the output of the heating means (vapor pressure in rolls, infrared heaters, etc.) of the endless belt can be controlled appropriately according to the production speed of corrugated board sheets. If this is the case, it is possible to set the most suitable bonding conditions and improve the quality. Further, by detecting the temperature of the endless belt and feeding back the temperature, the production speed of the single-sided corrugated board sheet can be appropriately controlled, so that problems such as bonding failure can be solved and quality can be improved. Further, the pressing force can be reduced to some extent by heating the glue through the endless belt, and the life of the belt can be extended. Therefore, various effects such as running cost can be reduced.
