[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial field of application) The present invention relates to a soft sling having a special function. More specifically, due to the large force exerted on the contact portion between the sling and the sling, the contact point Damage to the sling caused by breaking or tearing of the sling, which shortens the life of the sling, and especially when the contact point forms a sharp knife-like edge depending on the object to be lifted, damage to the sling is extremely large and dangerous. In some cases, a soft sling having a function capable of coping with such a case is provided.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, various soft slings or belt-shaped slings have been proposed. However, at the contact point between the sling and the sling, the sling may be seriously damaged, for example, a steel plate cut into a certain width. The sling comes into contact with the cut end of the steel sheet when a large number of stacked pieces are lifted, and a large load is applied to the cut portion, so that the sling is seriously damaged. There are almost no proposals for measures to prevent this, and a little

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, when the sling made of fibers comes into contact with a sharp edge of a metal product, the weak point thereof largely appears. However, recently, the use of wire ropes has gradually decreased, and even those obtained by winding a steel plate or thin iron plate on a tubular body are often lifted by a fiber sling, and the situation in which the sling is damaged or cracked at the portion that comes into contact with its sharp edge. There is a problem that the sling is frequently worn and wear of the sling becomes severe.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention has been obtained as a result of various trials and errors in order to solve the above problems. For example, as shown in FIG. Sling with rolled cylinder
When it is necessary to suspend (S) through the inside of the cylinder and lift it up, the total load of the article is applied to the four points a 1 , a 2 , a 3 , a 4 which are the contact points between the sling and the cylinder. Therefore, it is natural that the sling will be broken or broken at this point, and even in the case of such a use method, a sling having a special structure that can last long without being damaged has been developed. The basic technique is as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 in which there is a thick cloth belt (1) on the outermost surface, that is, the surface that contacts the article to be lifted, and this cloth belt is made of synthetic fiber of a predetermined size. Attached to the wrapping fabric (2). Rubber pieces (3) are attached to the back of the wrapping cloth (2) at regular intervals in advance, and a single soft sling or belt sling (4) is stacked on it, and these are held by the wrapping cloth (2). As a whole, a multilayer sling (S) is formed. To explain this more concretely, a rubber piece (3 ') in which a belt-shaped rubber sheet is cut to an appropriate length is provided on the back surface of the wrapping cloth (2) in which a thick cloth belt (1) is sewn at the center of the surface. , A pair of bags (5) continuously sewn at regular intervals on the back surface of the wrapping cloth (2),
It is stored in (5 ') (Fig. 2). A single soft sling (4) is overlaid on the back side, and the rubber piece and the single sling are both hem parts of the wrapping cloth (2) in the lateral direction.
(6) and (6 ') are attached and fixed. As a means of sealing, it is convenient to pre-sew male and female cloth fasteners (7) and (7 ') in the longitudinal direction on the outer edges of the hem portions (6) and (6'). is there. Thus, the present invention multilayer soft sling (S)
Is completed.

(Operation) The operation of the multi-layer sling according to the present invention having the above-mentioned structure will be described. FIG. 3 shows a case where the tubular body (A) is suspended and the cloth belt is first attached.
Cross over so that (1) hits the edge of the cylinder. The single sling (4), which is the main member of this multi-layer sling, is stretched by the load when it is lifted.
(3) The cloth belt (1) is projected onto the single body sling (4), and this is pressed against the curved surface of the cylindrical body. That is, the cloth belt (1) also acts to push up the rubber piece (3), and contacts the curved inner surface of the cylindrical body in a curved state. At the same time, the multilayer sling (S) is bent at the contact point with the tubular body (A) as shown in the figure, but even in this state, the edge of the tubular article (1
The cloth belt (1) is in direct contact with (0), and the rubber piece (3) and the unit sling (4) behind the cloth belt are only indirectly contacted, so the damage is limited to the cloth belt. Since this way multilayer sling (S) is contacted in width wide surface to fit well to curved surfaces, as compared to the case of contact at four points of a 1 ... a 4 mentioned above, damage to the contact surface is very small . And a piece of rubber (3) protected by a cloth belt and a single soft sling (4)
Is less damaged.

(Effect of the Invention) Since the multi-layer sling of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, even when the portion of the article to be lifted that comes into contact with the sling has a sharp edge, for example, the cloth belt (1) or the rubber piece (3) on the surface is ) Directly contacts the edge, the backing member, especially the sling unit (4), only contacts indirectly, and the damage is small, so the service life can be greatly extended, and the sling is inside the cylinder. When passing through, the effect of the multi-layer sling of the present invention is particularly significant. That is, since the sling is wrapped with a cylindrical special cover, the sling slides and slides inside the cover when heavy load is applied, so that the sling and the heavy object, especially the edge such as the above-mentioned rolled-up steel plate is like a blade. Adhesion and rubbing against sharp heavy objects are less likely to occur, and the sling cutting accident can be prevented well in advance.
If the cloth belt (1) on the surface is damaged, it can be discarded together with the wrapping cloth (2) and replaced with a separately prepared wrapping cloth with a cloth belt.If the rubber piece is damaged, replace only the damaged one. Well, since it is easy to replace it, it has great economic advantages and a wide range of uses and great practical value.
