[Background Art] Conventionally, this type of stress relieving device that relaxes the mind and body by vibrations applied to important points of the body measures the electrical resistance of the skin of the user at the resistance measurement unit, Determine the vibration intensity at the next time based on the skin electrical resistance and a preset feedback coefficient (a coefficient that sets how much the skin electrical resistance changes to weaken the vibration intensity). , While applying a vibration to relax the mind and body while checking the relaxed state based on the electrical resistance of the skin, it has been applied to important points (for example, legs) of the body. However, in such a conventional example, there is a problem that the desired stress relieving effect may not be obtained due to individual differences in the rate of change of the skin electrical resistance in the relaxed state from the initial state. That is, there is a large difference in the rate of change in the electrical resistance of the skin, and even if the person is similarly relaxed, the rate of change in one person is 1.2 times, and the rate of change in another person is 3 times. However, in the conventional example, the feedback coefficient is fixed (for example, the vibration is set to be 0 when it doubles) despite the large individual difference in the rate of change. In some cases, the optimum vibration for relaxing the mind and body may not be given, and there may be individual differences in the degree of relaxation, and the desired stress relief device may not be obtained.

The operation of the embodiment will be described below. The changes in the normal skin electric resistance SRL (= initial value) and the changes in the normal skin electric resistance SRL are as shown in Fig. 1 (a), while the normal skin electric resistance SRL is normal. The tendency shown in FIG. 1 (b) is established between x0 and the maximum change rate y. Therefore, it is considered that the maximum change rate y of the skin electrical resistance SRL of a certain individual can be predicted by the skin electrical resistance SRL in normal times (initial value). In the present invention, on the premise that the above relationship is established, the feedback coefficient for determining the strength of vibration is determined based on the skin electrical resistance SRL x0 in normal times, that is, the skin electrical resistance SRL at the beginning of use. It was done. Here, in the resistance measuring unit 1, the skin electrical resistance SRL is measured at constant time intervals (for example, 10 seconds) based on the output of the resistance sensor 1a, and is input to the arithmetic processing unit 2.
In the arithmetic processing unit 2 to which the measured value of the skin electrical resistance SRL is input, the average value of the skin electrical resistance SRL obtained within a fixed time (for example, 2 minutes) from the start of use is calculated, and the skin electrical resistance SRL in the normal state is calculated. x0 (initial value), the maximum change rate y is estimated from the relationship in FIG. 2 (b) based on this normal skin electrical resistance SRL x0 , and in the subsequent feedback control, based on this maximum change rate y. It is designed to determine the feedback coefficient. That is, the skin electrical resistance SRL as shown in FIG.
A feedback curve for setting the relationship between the rate of change of the vibration intensity and the vibration intensity is obtained. Further, in the arithmetic processing unit 2,
Based on this feedback curve and the skin electrical resistance SRL at each time after the initial time, the strength of vibration at the next time is determined. Next, the vibration control circuit 3a of the vibration generating unit 3 generates the vibration having the vibration intensity determined by the arithmetic processing unit 2 as described above and having the frequency changing with 1 / f fluctuation. The vibrating means is controlled so that the vibration generated by the vibrating means 3a is applied to the main part (for example, the foot) of the user's body to relax the body. In this case, the feedback coefficient is set according to the skin electric resistance at the initial stage of use, and even if there is an individual difference in the maximum change rate of the skin electric resistance, it is possible to apply vibration according to the individual difference. Therefore, the same stress relieving effect can be obtained regardless of the individual difference in the rate of change in skin electrical resistance.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention estimates the maximum change rate of the skin electric resistance based on the resistance measuring unit that measures the skin electric resistance of the user and the skin electric resistance at the initial stage of use, and calculates the feedback coefficient. A calculation processing unit that determines the vibration intensity at the next time from the skin electrical resistance at each time after the initial stage and the feedback coefficient, and has the vibration intensity determined by the calculation processing unit. / F is composed of a vibration generator that generates a vibration having a frequency that changes with fluctuation, and the feedback coefficient is set according to the skin electrical resistance at the initial stage of use, even if there is individual variation in the maximum rate of change in skin electrical resistance. Since the vibration according to the individual difference can be applied, there is an effect that a similar stress relieving effect can be obtained regardless of the individual difference in the rate of change of the skin electrical resistance.
