以下、本案の実施例について説明する。 (イ)受け(3)は、丸ノコ(1)の刃が通るスリットを有する。そしてブラケ ット(7)によってリニア−ベアリング(8)と結合され、リニア−レール(6 )に沿って前進後退する。(エアーシリンダー等によって動かす。) (ロ)受け(3)に魚肉(2)を置き、押さえ(4)を前進させて固定する。 (ハ)丸ノコ(1)へ前進させて、切断を行う。 (ニ)図2は、切断が終わった状態を示す。 (ホ)切断が終わった後、図1の状態まで引き戻す。 (ヘ)押さえ(4)を後退させて、切断された魚肉を取り出す。 (チ)図3は、切り粉が手前へ回ってくるのを防ぐ為に櫛状の仕切板(9)を取 り付けた状態を示す。 (ヌ)丸ノコ(1)の刃の間隔が狭い場合、受け(3)のスリット以外の部分が 薄くなって左右に振れ易く、丸ノコ(1)の刃に接触する恐れがある。 図4は、そのために、受け(3)のスリットに嵌りあうガイド板(10)を設 けて、振れを防いだものを示す。ガイド板(10)は固定して動かない。 ガイド板(10)の上面は魚肉(2)の下面に接しているので、切断後の魚肉 (2)を取り出す際、受け(3)のスリットに引っかからず取りだし易くなる効 果が有る。 Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described.
