In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a heat insulating box, in which a space formed by the outer box 2 and the inner box 4 is filled with a foamed heat insulating material 7 through injection ports 6a and 6b provided on a back surface 5 of the outer box 1. 8 is a door 9
The foamed heat insulating material 7 is injected into the space formed by the inner material 10. A gasket 11 is attached to the outer periphery of the door 8 with screws or the like, and the door 8 is attached to the opening of the heat insulating box body 1.
Are attached to form a closed space 12. The inner box 4 around the opening of the heat-insulating box body 1 is cut so as to facilitate opening and closing of the door 8, and an inclined portion 14 is provided from the flange 13 toward the rear surface 5. That is, the tip of the inner box 4 is approached to the outer box side, and the wall thickness of both boxes 2 and 4 is formed so that the tip side becomes thinner. The door 7 is provided with protrusions 15a and 15b from the inner member 10 so that air does not easily flow into the inclined portion 14. Further, the front end portion 16 formed by the outer box 2 and the inclined portion 14 is a portion around the entire circumference where the initial flow of the foamed heat insulating material 7 injected from the injection ports 6a and 6b is accumulated. As described above, the wall thickness of the tip portion 16 is thin, and the heat insulating performance of the tip portion 16 is worse than that of other portions of the heat insulator body 1.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges an inner box having a tip approaching the outer box side in the outer box and joins the front edges to each other so that the wall thickness formed by both boxes is the front edge tip portion. A heat insulating body which is formed so as to have a thinner side, and in which the space between both boxes is filled with a foamed heat insulating material by an open side down method with the front edge facing down, and which has better heat insulation performance than the foamed heat insulating material. Is filled in a portion having a small wall thickness at the front end portions of the spaces of the both boxes and fixed with an adhesive to increase the range in which the initial flow of the foam heat insulating material flows.

Reference numeral 17 is a heat insulating body made of a hermetically sealed container in which the filling material provided in the tip portion 16 is put and the inside pressure is reduced, and is formed in a shape to fill the space of the tip portion 16 and is fixed to the back surface of the flange portion 13 with an adhesive or the like. There is.

Next, this operation will be described. The initial flow of the foam insulation material that has fallen from the inlets 6a and 6b goes around the entire circumference along the space formed by the upper surface 18 of the heat insulator 17, the outer box 2 and the inner box 4,
At this time, the space in which the initial flow flows has a predetermined distance from the flange portion 13 due to the heat insulator 17, so it is wider than in the conventional case, and the filling property of swirling around quickly is improved. Insulator 17 and tip 16
The small gap created by and is filled with foam insulation. In this way, since the thin end portion 16 of the heat insulating wall is filled with the heat insulating body 17 having good heat insulating performance, the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating box body can be efficiently enhanced.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As is clear from the above embodiments, the method for manufacturing a heat insulating box of the present invention is formed by both boxes by arranging the inner box with the tip approaching the outer box side in the outer box and joining the front edges. The foamed heat insulating material is formed by forming the wall thickness of the front edge thin on the front edge side and filling the space between the boxes with the foam heat insulating material by the open side down method with the front edge facing down. It is characterized in that a heat insulator with better heat insulation performance is filled in the part with less wall thickness at the front edge tip of the space of both boxes and fixed with an adhesive to increase the range in which the initial flow of foamed heat insulating material flows. Since the range in which the initial flow of the foamed heat insulating material flows is widened, the filling property is improved and the heat insulating material can be uniformly filled. Further, since a heat insulating body having a good heat insulating property is arranged at the front end of the front edge, the heat insulating performance can be improved as compared with the conventional case even if the wall thickness is thin.
