However, such a surface covering material has a drawback that the adhesive interface strength between the polyurethane foam and the skin material is low and peeling of the skin occurs. In addition, the low interfacial strength also poses a problem in adhesion to a substrate. As a countermeasure for this, there is a case of using a cover material in which a urethane film is laminated on the back surface of the cover material, but the urethane film is expensive and leaves a cost problem.

In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant applied a polyurethane foaming undiluted solution on a film obtained by applying and drying acrylic emulsion to a predetermined thickness, and at the same time as foaming, integrated with a skin material and adjusted to a predetermined thickness. We filed an application (No. Shokai 63-33928) for an interior material in which a base material is coated with a surface material composed of a three-layer laminated structure. However, in this interior material, an impregnation layer is formed at the adhesive interface between the polyurethane foam and the skin material, and this impregnation layer does not impair the texture of the surface covering material, and a suitable impregnation level at which sufficient adhesive strength is obtained is preferable. But that adjustment is difficult. As an adjustment method, it is possible to change the load amount from the mounting timing of the skin material or the upper surface of the skin material after mounting, but it is necessary to control these depending on the type of skin material, and the condition adjustment is necessary. difficult.

The interior material is obtained by coating the base material of the skin material of the present invention. Examples of the base material include a core material and a synthetic resin foam. As a method for coating the base material with the covering material, a method usually used in automobile interior materials and other fields can be appropriately used. For example, if the base material is a rigid material formed by molding a metal or a synthetic resin into a desired shape, a method of vacuuming the cover material to integrate it with an adhesive is used. A method (RIM or R-RIM method) in which the material is set at a predetermined position of the mold and then the expandable polyurethane stock solution is injected to integrally fix the material is preferable.

A Teflon (registered trademark) -processed glass belt is coated with the polyurethane foaming stock solution to a certain thickness, and the glass belt is transferred onto a plate heated to about 60 ° C and placed on the polyurethane foaming stock solution coated with fluorine coated fabric. When it was placed and foamed while applying a load of about 20 kg per square meter, a good quality two-layer laminated structure having a urethane foam layer thickness of 2.5 mm was obtained.

The fluorine coating amount indicates the amount of solid content after drying. In addition, the hardness was 30 mm, the density was 0.025 g / cc, and the surface covering material made by the present invention was placed on a urethane foam, and the load value at 5 mm compression when compressed at a speed of 50 mm / min with a hemisphere of φ20 mm Indicated.

Further, the end of a 25 mm wide sample of the covering material was separated from the covering material and the foam layer and pulled at a pulling speed of 200 mm / min to measure the adhesion strength between the covering material and the foam layer. The physical properties of the polyurethane foam used are: tensile elongation 95%, tensile strength
It has 1.41 kgf / cm 2 and a tear strength of 0.73 kgf / cm, and has sufficient strength as a material that is usually used as a backing material for skin materials. Therefore, since the adhesion strength of Nos. 1 to 3 was at the level of "form destruction", it can be seen that the adhesion strength is practically sufficient.

As can be seen from Table 1, the amount of polyurethane impregnated into the fabric can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of fluorine applied to the fabric, and as a result, the texture of the fabric can be variously arranged.
