Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 <産業上の利用分野> 本考案は車両の樹脂製ドアにおけるヒンジ補強構造に関
するもので、さらに詳しくは、ドアインナパネルの内側
に一体成形したリブにより溝を成形し、該溝に補強材を
差し込んで成る簡易な樹脂製ドアのヒンジ補強構造に関
するものである。

<従来の技術> 従来、車両のドアにおいては、第2図および第3図に示
す如く、板金製のドア1にヒンジ2が取付けられてい
る。このヒンジ2はドアインナパネル3の内側に取付け
られたヒンジ用補強材4を介してボルト5にてドアイン
ナパネル3に取付けられている。ヒンジ用補強材4はド
アインナパネル3に取付けられてアッセンブリとして取
扱われるが、ヒンジ用補強材4をドアインナパネル3に
取付ける場合は、予め両者に位置決め用の孔を適宜の位
置に適宜の個数穿設し、該孔にピン等を挿入すると共に
仮止めしその後スポット溶接若しくはボルトにて両者を
結合している。なお、図において6はドアアウタパネル
を示している。

供することを目的とするものである。

装される。そして、ヒンジ用補強材16はヒンジ17と共に
ボルト18にてドアインナパネル11に堅固に取付けられ
る。なお、図において19はドアアウタパネルを示してい
る。
