[Prior art]

At present, television has become popular as the most popular information media, being said to be "one in each home and one room." In recent years, the development of satellite broadcasting (BS broadcasting) has made it easier to enjoy programs with high image quality and high sound quality, and the number of households that subscribe to the service is increasing rapidly. Such a receiving antenna 16 'such as a television or a BS antenna is usually installed in an outdoor building of a house or the like, from which a round coaxial cable 18' is pulled into the inside of the house so that a television system 19'a or a tuner. It is connected to system 19'b. (See Figure 4). For this reason, there is a method to forcefully pull in the coaxial cable from the gap between the windows, but it is not possible to completely open and close the window, there is draft air, there is a problem in crime prevention, and repeated opening and closing There is a high possibility of damage or disconnection due to impact. There is also a method of making a hole in the outer wall of the house, but this is not aesthetically pleasing, and there is the problem that the cost of installing the receiving antenna increases. As a conventional example, as shown in FIG. 5, a plastic laminate tape is attached to both upper and lower surfaces of a rectangular inner conductor 21 'to form an insulator 22' having a rectangular cross section. There is one in which a drain wire 23 'is vertically provided, an outer conductor 24' is formed on the outer circumference of these, and a thermoplastic resin tape is attached to the outermost circumference from the upper and lower surfaces to form a jacket 25 '. Such a flat coaxial cable 20 ' can be realized as a thin one having a thickness of about 1 mm, but the impedance characteristic becomes about 10Ω or 20Ω, and the attenuation characteristic also becomes a large value. In the case of BS (broadcasting satellite) antennas, only coaxial cables are required, but in the case of CS antennas, it is necessary to move the receiving part, so there are 3 signal lines to control. It will be necessary. Therefore, there was a technical problem that a thin cable had to be finished while using three signal lines.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

As a result of extensive studies to solve these technical problems, the present invention has an impedance characteristic of 75Ω and is a thin flat plate that can be pulled indoors by crawling into the gap of a window frame such as an aluminum sash. It was made for the purpose of providing the coaxial cable 1 , and the gist thereof is that the diameter of the insulation core wire is equal to or larger than the insulation core wire diameter on both the left and right sides of the insulation core wire 4 in which the central conductor 2 is covered with foam or solid insulator 3. One drain wire 5 having the above diameter is attached to the ground to prevent the insulating core wire 4 from being crushed, and the other end is connected to the signal wire 6 including the litz wire 9 in which a plurality of enamel wires 8 are twisted together. One piece that was closely adhered and arranged was sandwiched with Al-polyester tape 10, and the upper and lower parts were pasted together, and the top was further pasted with a covering material 11 such as a laminated tape to form a laminate. A thin flat coaxial cable according to claim.

又、発泡絶縁体3としては、発泡ポリエチレンや発泡FEP(テトラフルオロエ チレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体)等の熱可塑性樹脂が用いられる。 Hereinafter, an embodiment of the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1A shows a first embodiment of the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 1B shows a sectional view thereof. As is clear from the figure, the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention has the same or larger diameter than the insulation core wire 4 on the left and right sides of the insulation core wire 4 in which the central conductor 2 is covered with foam or solid insulation 3. The Al-polyester tape 10 is formed by tightly arranging one signal wire 6 each consisting of a litz wire 9 in which a drain wire 5 having a diameter of 5 mm and an enameled wire 8 such as a plurality of urethane wires are twisted together. It has a structure in which a sandwich is laminated on the upper and lower sides, and the laminated material is further laminated with a covering material 11 such as a laminated tape to form a laminate. When the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention is fixed to the aluminum sash, the double-sided tape 12 may be stretched as shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c). Here, the reason why the drain wire 5 made of a stranded conductor is closely attached is not only for the purpose of serving as a ground, but also because the impact applied to the insulating core wire 4 by the close opening and closing is dispersed to the drain wire 5. It is possible to prevent a change in electrical performance and a break in the central conductor 2 due to the collapse of the wire 4 . Further, the signal wire 6 made of the litz wire has a structure that can sufficiently withstand impact, and can be finished to have a small diameter. A specific example of the signal line 6 is a house motor driving signal line. As the foamed insulator 3, a thermoplastic resin such as foamed polyethylene or foamed FEP (tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer) is used. Also, a solid insulator such as solid polyethylene or solid FEP may be used instead of the foamed insulator. FIG. 1C shows a sectional view of a second embodiment of the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention. As is apparent from the drawing, the first embodiment is formed asymmetrically, but the second embodiment is such that the upper and lower sides of the signal wire 6 consisting of the insulating core wire 4 , the drain wire 5 and the three cores are symmetrical. The sandwich is made of Al-polyester tape 10 and the upper and lower parts are stuck together. Next, Table 1 shows one example of the structure and characteristics of the thin flat coaxial cable 1 obtained by the present invention.

【0005】[0005]

With the above structure, the thickness of the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention can be 1.1 mm or less, and the impedance characteristic of 75Ω can be obtained. Therefore, it can be used for a window frame such as an aluminum sash. It is possible to crawl in the gap and pull it indoors. (See Fig. 2) By the way, if the thin flat coaxial cable 1 has a thickness of 1.3 mm or less, it can pass through a gap in a window frame such as an aluminum sash. Further, FIG. 3 shows an explanatory diagram of a drop test method as a reliability evaluation of the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention. As is apparent from the figure, this test method applies a drop impact to the sample 100 times by the weight 15, and measures the amount of change in capacitance due to crushing of the insulator. As a result of this test, the amount of change in capacitance due to the crushing of the insulator was extremely small, and no disconnection was observed, showing a good result.

Up to now, the thin flat coaxial cable 1 of the present invention has been described with a typical cable structure, but the material and shape of the central conductor, the insulator, the shield tape and the drain wire, and the laminated tape are changed, for example, It is needless to say that the litz wire 9 having a structure in which the enameled wire 8 is twisted around the central yarn for the purpose of providing strength is also included in the design within the scope of the present invention.
