(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] When connecting a single wire to a braided wire, the purpose is to eliminate the bulge due to winding and to prevent the deterioration of the electric field characteristics due to the fluff portion on the end face of the braided wire. [Structure] The tip of a single wire to be connected to a braided wire is bent to form a bent portion. This bent portion is inserted inside from the end face of the braided wire. The single wire portion is attached to the end surface of the braided wire so as to cover the fluffy portion appearing on the end surface of the braided wire with the single wire portion following the inserted bent portion. Then, the braided wire, the bent portion and the single wire portion are integrally fixed by soldering. No bulge occurs at the connection between the solid wire and the braided wire. The fluffy part is covered with the single wire part, so that the edge part disappears. Therefore, the deterioration of the electric field characteristics is prevented.

[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a flat braided wire connection structure.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

When connecting a single wire to a flat braided wire (hereinafter simply referred to as a braided wire) connected to an electric device such as a discharge coil, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, a single wire 2 is wound around the outer periphery of the braided wire 1. , I had soldered around it. 3 is the solder.

However, when the single wire 2 is wound in this way, there is a drawback in that the wound portion bulges greatly. Also, as is well known, a braided wire is made by gathering or twisting several thin wires or twisting them and then making a bag, which is cut into a required length for use. The tip of the wire will appear as fluff on the cut end face. 4 shows the part which was the fluff. Therefore, when the braided wire 1 to which the single wire 2 is connected as described above is used as a lead wire of a high voltage portion, that portion becomes an edge, which may deteriorate the electric field characteristics.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the bulge of the connecting portion and to avoid the deterioration of the electric field characteristic when connecting the single wire to the braided wire to form the connecting structure.

【0005】[0005]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The present invention bends the tip of a single wire and inserts the bent portion into the bag-shaped braided wire. The single wire portion following the bent portion covers the end surface of the braided wire and is integrated by soldering. It is characterized in that it is fixed in place.

【0006】[0006]

[Action]

By inserting the bent portion of the single wire into the inside of the braided wire, the single wire is connected to the braided wire. In addition, by covering the end face of the braided wire with the single wire portion following the bent portion, the fluffy portion of the end of the wire that appears on the end surface of the braided wire is hidden by the single wire portion. Therefore, the deterioration of the electric field characteristics due to this fluffy portion can be prevented.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the parts denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 3 indicate the same or corresponding parts. According to the present invention, the bent portion 5 is formed by bending the tip of the single wire 2 into an L shape. Then, the bent portion 5 is inserted into the inside of the bag-shaped braided wire 1 through the opening at the end thereof. Since the braided wire 1 has a flat shape, the bent portion 5 is connected to the braided wire 1 by inserting the bent portion 5.

Further, the end portion of the braided wire 1 is covered by fitting the single wire portion 6 continuing to the base end side of the bent portion 5 to the end surface of the braided wire 1. As a result, the fluffy portion 4 appearing on the end face of the braided wire 1 is covered with the single wire portion 6 and is not exposed to the outside. As a result, the deterioration of the electric field characteristics due to the fluffy portion 4 is prevented.

The braided wire 1, the bent portion 5 and the single wire portion 6 inserted into the braided wire 1 are integrally fixed by the solder 3. As a result, the single wire 2 is not separated from the braided wire 1 indiscriminately. Needless to say, as the single wire 2, a wire having a diameter larger than the thickness of the braided wire 1 is used.

【0010】[0010]

[Effect of device]

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, when connecting a braided wire and a single wire, the connecting point does not bulge due to the winding of the single wire as in the conventional case, and the fluff that appears on the end surface of the braided wire is not present. The effect that the exposed portion is not exposed and the electric field characteristic is not deteriorated is achieved.
