Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a difficulty in detecting the open and close state of a door clue to long-term service by providing a magnet on a seat mounted on one of a door and a door frame, and further providing a detecting section operating upon contact with or separation from the magnet, on an electrical key block seat on the other at such a position as corresponding to the magnet. CONSTITUTION:A door D is closed and a seat 3 fitted to a door frame W becomes faded to the front of an electrical key block 2 on the door D. Also, a dead bolt 5 comes to be engaged with a dead bolt coupling hole 8. Then, a magnet 9 on the seat 3 comes to be positioned in such a way as faced to a detecting section 6 in the block 2. In this case, the section 6 generates an electromotive force having the predetermined voltage, due to a Hall effect under the influence of a magnetic force from the magnet 9. Then, a signal to the effect that the door D is in close state, is outputted externally from a circuit board 5 through wiring 7. According to this construction, the open and close conditions of the door D can be detected in non-contact state. It follows, therefore, that the open and close conditions of the door D can be detected, even when a distance L between the door D and the door frame W is enlarged due to long-term service.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since the open / closed state of the door is detected by the mechanical contact between the micro switch 25 and the trigger 24, the door D and the door frame can be used for a long period of time. When a situation in which the gap with W becomes large occurs, even when the door is closed, the trigger 24 no longer contacts the micro switch 25, and the closed state of the door cannot be detected. Therefore, conventionally, there has been a problem in the reliability of door open / close detection.
In particular, in the structure provided with a mechanical actuation unit such as the conventional micro switch 25, the service life is shortened when it is attached to a door subject to severe vibrations and impacts, the above-mentioned difficulties become more remarkable, and maintenance thereof is troublesome. It was a thing.

In the electric lock according to the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the door is opened / closed so that the magnet provided on the seat and the detection portion provided on the electric lock block come into contact with each other. When separated, the open / close state of the door can be detected by the detection unit. Thus, according to the means for detecting the open / closed state of the door based on the magnetic force of the magnet, it is not necessary to mechanically contact these magnets and the detection portion, and even if there is a slight gap between them, the door It is possible to detect the open / closed state of the. Therefore, even if the size of the gap between the door and the door frame changes and increases due to the long-term use of the door, the door open / close detection will not be disabled by this, and the door open / close detection can be accurately performed. You can Also, for example, a Hall element can be used as the detection unit corresponding to the magnet, but the use of such an element facilitates maintenance and management of the door as compared with a means using a mechanical switch. It can also be made excellent in vibration resistance and shock resistance due to opening and closing of.

Further, in the electric lock according to the present invention as set forth in claim 2, is the light projected from the light projecting element of the electric lock block reflected on the retroreflective surface of the seat to be received by the light receiving element? The open / closed state of the door can be detected depending on whether the door is open or closed. Even in this case, as in the case of the above-mentioned claim 1, both parts of the seat and the electric lock block are set in the non-contact state. The door open / close detection can be performed with the door open. Therefore, like the first aspect, even if the gap between the door and the door frame and the like becomes large, the door open / close detection can be accurately performed, and since it is not the switching operation due to mechanical contact, the maintenance management is also performed. It is also excellent in terms of surface.

In the electric lock 1 having the above structure, first, referring to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the door D is closed and the catch 3 is facing the front surface of the electric lock block 2, the dead bolt 4 is projected to be inserted into the dead bolt engaging hole 8 on the catch 3 side. When engaged, the door D can be prevented from rotating and can be locked. Further, in such a state, the magnet 9 on the side of the seat 3 is positioned so as to face the detection unit 6 of the electric lock block 2, and the magnet 9 and the detection unit 6 are in the closest state. An electromotive force of a predetermined voltage is generated by the Hall effect due to the influence of the magnetic force from 9. Then, as a result, a signal indicating that the door D is closed is output from the circuit board 5 to the outside via the wiring 7.

Thus, the detection of the door closed state as described above is
Since the catch 3 and the electric lock block 2 can be operated without contact,
Even if the distance L between the door D and the door frame W is large, or even if the distance L changes due to long-term use, the door closed state can be properly detected. Also,
Since the magnetic field sensitivity of the Hall element as the detection unit 6 can be arbitrarily adjusted by changing its control voltage and current, the detection of the door closed state is optimized in accordance with the actual mounting condition of the door D. It is also possible to set. Further, since there is no mechanical contact between the seat 3 and the electric lock block 2 except for the retracting operation of the dead bolt 4, maintenance management is easy and the surface side of the detection unit 6 is It is possible to easily apply waterproofing by applying resin coating or the like. In addition, the door D is moved from the state shown in FIG. 1 by the unlocking operation.
When the door rotates and the door is opened, the magnet 9 separates from the detector 6, so that the detector 6 no longer generates an electromotive force. As a result, a signal indicating that the door D has been opened is positively output to the outside from the wiring 7 of the circuit board 5, or the signal output to the outside is stopped.

[Second embodiment (corresponding to claims 2 and 3)] FIG. 2 shows an electric lock 1A according to the present invention described in claims 2 and 3.
It is explanatory drawing which shows an example. The electric lock 1A shown in FIG.
Similar to the first embodiment, it is composed of an electric lock block 2a having a dead bolt 4 and a receiving seat 3a having a dead bolt engaging hole 8, but the electric lock block 2a has a light projecting portion. An element 10a, a light receiving element 10b, and a condenser lens 11 are provided. A retroreflective surface 12 is provided on the other seat 3a. Among these, the light projecting element 10a is for causing the retroreflective surface 12 to project light when the seat 3a is located at a position facing the electric lock block 2a. A photodiode, for example, is used as the light receiving element 10b, and the light emitting element 10a is used.
The light reflected from the retroreflecting surface 12 is received to be converted into a predetermined current. The circuit board 5a of the electric lock block 2a is configured to judge that the light receiving element 10b closes the door when the light receiving element 10b receives a predetermined amount or more, and outputs a signal to that effect to the outside.

On the other hand, the retroreflective surface 12 on the receiving seat 3a side efficiently reflects the light projected from the light projecting element 10a to the light receiving element 10b side without irregularly reflecting it. It should be noted that the peripheral portion 13 except the retroreflective surface 12 is subjected to a light non-reflection treatment.

Also in the electric lock 1A having the above structure, there is a gap between the door D and the door frame W, and the electric lock block 2a is formed.
Even when the seat 3a and the seat 3a are not in contact with each other, the light projected from the light projecting element 10a is efficiently reflected by the retroreflective surface 12 of the seat 3 and is received by the light receiving element 10b when the door is closed. By receiving the light, a signal indicating that the door is closed is output. Therefore, even in such a case, as in the case of the first embodiment, even if the gap dimension between the door D and the door frame W is increased or changed due to long-term use, the door is closed due to this. It does not cause a defect that makes detection impossible. Especially, seat 3
Since the retroreflective surface 12 that does not cause irregular reflection of light is provided on the a side, the light projecting from the light projecting element 10a and the light receiving at the light receiving element 10b are performed via the condenser lens 11, The light receiving element 10b efficiently receives the light projected from the light projecting element 10a. As a result, it is possible to increase the reference level of the amount of light received by the light receiving element 10b for determining that the door is closed, so that when the door is open, ambient light such as reflected light of sunlight is received by the light receiving element 10b. Even if a slight incident occurs, there is an advantage that it is possible to eliminate the possibility of erroneously determining that the door is in the closed state.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the structure of an electric lock 1B which does not use a condenser lens, unlike the electric lock 1A shown in FIG. The electric lock 1B shown in FIG.
The light is projected onto the retroreflective surface 12 of the receiving seat 3b from the small hole 15a formed in the front plate 14 of the electric lock block 2, and the light receiving element 10b receives light in the same manner as the small hole 15a. The small hole 15b is used. With such a configuration as well, ambient light other than the light projected from the light projecting element 10a to the retroreflective surface 12 is received by the light receiving element 1.
It is possible to appropriately prevent light from being received at 0b, and eliminate the risk of making an erroneous determination in door opening / closing detection.

As can be understood from the above description, according to the electric locks of the present invention as set forth in claims 1 to 3, the electric lock block and the seat, which are respectively attached to the door and the door frame, are mutually provided. Since it is possible to detect the open / closed state of the door while it is kept in a non-contact state, unlike the conventional method in which the electric lock block and the seat are mechanically brought into contact with each other, it depends on the long-term use of the door. The door opening / closing detection can be accurately performed over a long period of time without causing problems such as the detection of door opening / closing due to the occurrence of rattling or gaps. To be Moreover, in the present invention, since it is not necessary to use an on / off switching means by mechanical contact, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of failure of each part due to the vibration of the door, etc., and also to easily perform waterproofing processing. The advantage is that it can be achieved and the maintenance management can be made excellent.
