Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain the breeding of bacteria by forming a drainage ditch of a ditch body provided under a floor face with a narrow ditch mouth openingly provided upward and a ditch lead-in section provided so as to stand up at the edges on both sides of the ditch mouth to form a narrow slender opening on the floor face. CONSTITUTION:The middle of a floor 1 is buriedly provided with a drainage ditch 2, and the floor 1 at the downstream end of the ditch 2 is buriedly provided with an inlet 3, and the floor 1 is composed of four slope parts 1a,1b,1c,1d having the surface of gentle slope descending from every side to the ditch 2. The ditch 2 is formed of a pipe-shaped ditch body 4 having an inner wall face being a sliding face, a ditch mouth 5 narrowly provided along the upper right axial direction of the body 4, a ditch lead-in section 6 having the inner wall face being a sliding face standing up at the edges on both sides of the ditch mouth 5 to a concrete floor face FL, and a ditch lead-in section 7 following the floor face FL. Drainage being mixed with food garbage or the like washed by scattering water on the floor 1 collects in an opening 9 through the ditch lead-in section 7, and flows into the ditch lead-in section 6 and then into the ditch body 4. Thus resistance caused by the food garbage or the like can be lessened, and the breeding of bacteria can be restrained.

However, the above-mentioned lattice lid 2 is used.
2 and the gap 26 between the stepped portion 23 of the groove 21, and the grid lid 2
Food lattices and the like are clogged in the second grid 25, and by self-digesting them, they become a culture medium of bacteria and the bacteria propagate and spoil to give off a bad odor. Then, the worker or the like who walks on the lattice lid 22 uses the propagated bacteria for the floor surface 2 other than the groove 21.
By moving to 4, the bacteria will propagate throughout the room, and due to scattering, there are many opportunities for bacteria to easily attach to foods placed on food shelves, tables, etc. It promotes food spoilage and increases the risk of food poisoning.

Further, since the groove 21 is made of concrete itself, the surface of the groove 21 has a rough surface so that food residues and the like are easily adhered, and the adhered food residues and the like are self-digested. In this case, as in the above, the bacteria become a good medium and the bacteria grow, and the grown bacteria scatter in the room, which promotes the spoilage of foods and increases the risk of food poisoning.

In the above structure, the drainage flowing after cleaning the equipment in the room and flowing it to the floor surface and cleaning the floor surface from the horizontal groove introduction part along with the floor slope along with food leftovers etc. Water is guided to the groove body through the vertical introduction part and is drained to the outside. At this time, since the inner wall surfaces of the introduction portion and the groove body are smooth surfaces, frictional resistance is small, and food leftovers and the like are smoothly discharged to the outside without stopping. Further, the opening along the floor surface of the groove and the groove introducing portion leading to the groove is narrow and does not hinder the walking of the worker even if the lid is not covered, and there is room for bacteria to propagate in the opening. Since the workers do not walk, bacteria are not transferred to the floor by walking, and the room is kept clean at all times.

A general manufacturing method of the drainage groove 2 is a ready-made stainless steel pipe (not shown) (for example, diameter 150 mm).
A small width (for example, 25 mm) opening is cut upward along the axial direction to manufacture a component corresponding to the groove main body 4 shown in FIG. 1. Also, a horizontal width (for example, 30 mm) is separately prepared by using a stainless steel plate. ) And a vertical wall, and the vertical wall is provided with a gap (for example, 75 mm) from the horizontal width portion at an interval (for example, 5000 mm) in the front and back to form a vertical wall. On the lower edge of the slope (eg 75/500
0) is provided, a component portion corresponding to the groove introduction portion consisting of a pair of symmetrical horizontal width portions 7 and vertical walls 6 shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured, and subsequently, an opening portion of the component portion corresponding to the groove body 4 is manufactured. This is achieved by welding 8 along the edge the sloped lower edge of the component corresponding to the groove introduction.

As described above, in short, according to the present invention, the groove having the inner wall of the smooth surface provided below the floor surface is formed by opening the narrow groove opening formed along the axial direction upward. Drainage because it is composed of a main body and a groove introduction section having an inner wall surface of a smooth surface provided so as to rise from both side edges of the groove opening of the groove main body and form a narrow and narrow opening on the floor surface. The floor cleaning wastewater guided into the groove flows into the groove main body of the drain groove without stopping food leftovers or the like in the narrow groove introduction portion of the drain groove, and even in the groove main body. There is no room for bacteria to flow into the basin without stopping. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, the labor for removing the groove lid and the labor for cleaning the inner wall of the groove can be omitted to facilitate the cleaning, and since the operation for removing the lid can be omitted, bacteria are not scattered. For workers working on the floor, the opening of the narrow groove introduction part not only does not hinder walking, but it may become a breeding medium for migrating bacteria during walking. A small amount keeps the room clean, and food and the like are handled hygienically.
