折丁の印刷面が汚れたり破れたりすることがなく、損紙
の発生量が減少する。また、ブラシころが重量の割に径
が大きく、折丁が大きく絞り込まれることがないので、
折丁が曲つたりしわになつたりすることがなく印刷物の
品質が向上する。また、本考案によれば、ブラシころと
第1咥え胴およびブラシころと第2咥え胴の間隔を調節
する調節機構を備えているので、折丁に対するブラシの
植毛端の接触圧を調整でき、このため植毛の摩耗や折丁
の厚みの変化に対しても対応することができて、常に適
正な接触圧を保つことが可能となる。
