説明する。The present invention is difficult to install because it bends or twists in all directions of the conventional set chain method, making it difficult to install the tire side chain using a steel plate joint that rotates only in one direction The connection of the easy and easy joints is easy, but it is a device of a lightweight and reliable connecting device having a double structure that never disconnects, and an embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

る。The structure of the joint (2), which is the main subject of the present invention, is that a set hole (10) for connecting one end of a set chain (9) in which a steel wire is bent in a ring shape is continuously provided near the center of an elongated steel plate and both ends are formed by drilling. Is formed into a semi-circle, and a circular hole is penetrated at the center point of the arc of the semi-circle. One circular hole is a fulcrum hole (5) and the other circular hole is a fulcrum shaft (4). One end of the fulcrum shaft (4) projects longer than twice the plate thickness of the joint (2) and the other one of the joint (2)
It is welded (11) parallel to the back surface of the joint, and is provided inside the spring guide (3) that is formed in a space of a letter-like shape with a small gap from the fulcrum shaft (4) in the longitudinal direction of the joint (2). The push spring (6) spirally wound continuously on the projections (14) (14) is compressed and inserted, and the steel plate is bent in a U shape between the fulcrum shaft (4) and the push spring (6). Insert the joint (2) into the guide groove (8) formed in the space through which the joint (2) penetrates from the opening (13) of the stopper (7) to the back surface (12), and the elastic force of the pressing spring (6) When connecting the joint (2) constantly applied with pressure from the back surface (12) of the stopper (7) in the direction of the fulcrum shaft (4) and another joint (2), as shown in FIG. ) Is moved in the B direction by the force of a person, the distance between the fulcrum shaft (4) and the stopper (7) becomes wider, and another joint (2) The fulcrum hole (5) can be fitted and both joints (2) and (2) are overlapped and brought into close contact with each other, and then the stopper (7) is released to move the stopper (7) in the direction A as shown in FIG. Unless the stopper (7) which covers the end of the mating joint (2) with the opening (13) is applied with a force in the B direction as shown in FIG. 5, the joint (2) (2) can be removed. Without further moving the spring (6) in the opposite direction of the pressure, the overlapping joints (2) must be moved in a right angle direction different from the operating direction of the stopper (7), and the overlapping joints (2) ) (2) is a dual structure separation prevention structure that cannot separate.

Is a compression spring (6), and the feature of this compression spring (6) is that it can be compressed even with a weak pressure until it adheres according to the spring constant, but if it is compressed and adhered, further compression will cause damage. Pressurization is required. Therefore, the stopper (7) of the joint (2) is pulled so that the contact (2) and the joint (2) overlap each other at a position where the pressing spring (6) is in close contact with the mating joint (2) so as to be detachable. The effect of preventing disengagement is great.

を有するものである。In the case of a conventional set chain in which a stretched shape is formed by connecting circular steel wires, it bends back and forth and to the left and right, so when installing it on an automobile tire, first bend the bent or twisted chain into a ladder shape. The vehicle is moved above the chain after being placed on the ground in front of the tires on the driving side of the stopped vehicle, but in this case, the position of the joint to which the chain is connected is above the tire with a narrow gap or there is a mud removing device. It is necessary to stop it so that it is located slightly behind and below the obstacles rather than in a narrow part so that it can be installed easily. It winds up above the tayer and connects the connecting parts at both ends, but if a part of the chain is twisted or the unevenness of the tire surface makes it difficult for the chain to stretch, twist and Yumi are corrected again from below. It is necessary to make it possible to connect them with each other, and it is necessary to set double stoppers securely in order to connect them more reliably and prevent them from falling off.It requires a great deal of labor and technology, and when removing the chain. Also, due to the stop position of the car, there are many inconveniences such as moving the position and collecting the set chain when there is a chain connection part in a narrow position between the tire and the mud removing device, but the present invention is applied to the tire When installing, attach the joints (2), (2) and (2) in the same way as described above and lift the two belt-shaped ones with a space between both hands without partially connecting them, and chain them above the tire. The joints on both ends that hung down after putting on the center of the (2)
The equipment of the set chain is completed by bringing (2) close to the fulcrum shaft (4) and the fulcrum hole (5), and unlike the conventional set chain, there is no disturbance on the left or right and no twisting occurs easily. It can be installed, and even if the set chain is removed, it can be easily removed because the joints (2) are provided at various places on the tire (1) regardless of where the car stops regardless of the stop position of the car. In addition, it has a great effect that the set joints (2) and (2) are not separated.
