槽の上部にそれぞれ下端部が下水に浸るべく垂下される
と共に下水の流れ方向にそって所定の長さ延出され沈澱
槽の幅方向に所定の間隔を隔てて並列に、海上の波浪で
生じる下水のスロッシングを抑制する制水部材を設けた
ものである。
