Abstract

PURPOSE:To form plural numbers of corrugate fine with a proper width from a sheet of belt like metal plate by classifying plural element group by a proper interval in the direction of multi element laminated layer, and mutually slipping phases of adjoining element groups in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A fin cut surface 4 is formed in the boundary of each element group A, C by advancing the phase of an element group B as a total. Then, the phase of each element group of a forming roll by coordinating the forming roll 1. When a sheet of belt-like metal plate 3 is supplied in a pair of forming rolls, the belt-like metal plate 3 is cut at the boundary of the element group A and the element group B due to the existence of the fin cut surface 4, then plural corrugate fins 5 are formed at the same time. Therefore, the mass- productivity is improved, and more the corrugate fin with the required width can be produced by adjusting the forming element numbers included in each element group.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The forming roll of the present invention comprises:
A plurality of thin disk-shaped forming elements each having forming teeth formed on the outer circumference are coaxially laminated to form a pair of forming rolls 1 and 2 which mesh with each other. In such a forming roll for forming the corrugated fins 5 by supplying the strip-shaped metal plate 3 between the pair of forming rolls, a large number of laminated forming elements are arranged at appropriate intervals in the stacking direction. ~ Classify by C. Further, it is characterized in that adjacent element groups are circumferentially displaced from each other in phase and the fin cutting surface 4 is formed at a boundary between the element groups.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of a corrugated fin manufactured by the main forming roll, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a tooth portion of a pair of forming rolls 1 and 2 used for forming the corrugated fin. 3 is a schematic side view of the spaces A and B between the elements, FIG. 4 is a conceptual view of forming by the main forming roll, and FIG. 5 is a cutting state of the corrugated fins 5 at the boundary of each element group. 6 is a schematic sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. In the forming roll of this embodiment, when the pair of forming rolls 1 and 2 rotate in a positional relationship where they mesh with each other as shown in FIG. 4, the corrugated fins 5 are manufactured by supplying the strip-shaped metal plate 3 between them. It is what is done.

Each of the forming rolls 1 and 2 is shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG.
37 and others and U1 to U37 and others are laminated. As shown in FIG. 4, on the outer periphery of each molding element,
A large number of molding teeth are formed. The tip surface of the forming tooth is flat such as L1, L18 and the like in FIG. 2 and has a sawtooth shape such as L3 and the like. What is formed in a saw-tooth shape is a portion forming the louver 6 shown in FIGS. 1 and 6. The louvers 6 are diagonally cut in parallel with each other in the multiple width direction between the corrugated fins 5 except for the tops 7 and the valleys 8. Each forming roll 1 and 2 is shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3, each of the element groups A to C is divided in the stacking direction, and in this embodiment, the element group B located in the middle has a phase in the circumferential direction with respect to the other element groups A and C. A little advanced. For example, about 1 mm is sufficient for this phase difference.

In this way, by advancing the phase of the element group B as a whole, the fin cutting surface 4 is formed at the boundary of each element group. Then, the phases of the respective element groups of the forming roll 2 are shifted in alignment with the forming roll 1. In this embodiment, the element group A in FIG.
Are L1 to L18, and the forming roll 2 meshed with them.
Is U1 to U18. The element group B is L19-
L36, and the element group of the forming roll 2 meshing with it is U19 to U36. And the element group C
Is L37 or more, and the element group of the forming roll 2 meshing with it is similarly U37 or more. put it here,
The fin cutting surface 4 is formed on the side end surface of L19 and the side end surface of U18. Similarly, the fin cutting surface 4 is also formed on the side end surfaces of L36 and U37. When one strip-shaped metal plate 3 is supplied to the pair of forming rolls 1 and 2 in such a state, the strip-shaped metal plate 3 is provided at the boundary between the element group A and the element group B by the presence of the fin cutting surface 4 as shown in FIG. Metal plate 3
Is disconnected. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, three corrugated fins 5 are simultaneously formed.

According to the forming roll of the present invention, a plurality of element groups are sectioned at appropriate intervals in the stacking direction of a large number of elements, and adjacent element groups are phase-shifted from each other in the circumferential direction. Since the fin cutting surface 4 is formed at the boundary, a plurality of corrugated fins of appropriate width can be simultaneously manufactured from one strip-shaped metal plate with an extremely simple structure. As a result, the mass productivity is increased and the conventional forming roll can be used as it is, which can contribute to the reduction of the equipment cost. Moreover,
By adjusting the number of forming elements included in each element group, a corrugated fin having a desired width can be formed.
