Conventionally, as this type of device, for example, the invention of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-48931 and the invention of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-91962 have been proposed. In both of these inventions, two base plates (divided bases or bases) that compose the stage are connected by pivoting freely at the abutting edges, while the other edge of the fixed base is used as the base frame (machine frame) on the other side when used. While supporting the other edge of the movable base of the base of the base with wheels and supporting it horizontally, it can be used as a stage, while when not in use, the wire take-up device provided on the base frame side The other end side is pulled up, and while the shaft-coupling connecting portion is folded in two, both bases are brought into contact with each other so that they are upright. Then, in the folding, the former device is designed so that the middle of the wire to be passed between the outer edges of the two bases is bridged to the driving wheel provided below the tensioned position of the wire at the connecting leg provided at the shaft coupling part. When folding and folding, the tension of the wire by the winding device raises this moving wheel,
With this as a trigger, the shaft-attachment connecting part is pushed up to start bending, and then the folding method is adopted by pulling the wire and pulling the outer edge of the movable table.

However, since this method pushes up a heavy stage with the tension of the wire, an extremely high tension has to be applied here, and therefore, a strong wire and a withstand it for practical use. While a structure is required and manufacturing difficulty is involved, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a smooth folding start.

On the other hand, in the latter device, one end of the rotating arm pivotally attached to the intermediate leg is freely pulled by winding the wire instead of flipping it up due to the tension force of the wire and pulling this rotating arm in an inclined state. By raising it, the above-mentioned intermediate leg is pushed up, and the structure is such that the shaft-joint connecting part in the center of the stage is bent at the waist to fold it. However, also in this method, it is difficult to raise the tilted arm by pulling the wire due to the weight of the stage. Especially in the case of this type of stage apparatus where the height of the stage is generally low, it is extremely difficult to raise this by pulling the wire because the angle of inclination of the rotating arm that pushes up the shaft connection part is large It is inevitable that an excessive load acts on the shaft attachment part of the arm and it is easily damaged.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional folding stage apparatus, and in particular, the difficulty in starting the bending of the shaft-attachment connecting portion at the time of starting the folding operation. The problem of the former device due to the tension of the wire alone, or the problem of the latter device with overload caused by raising the tilting rotating arm is solved, and a smooth folding is always maintained. The aim is to provide an improved folding stage set that can be expected.

A feature of the present invention is that a pair of bending arm pieces, which are freely bent in a dogleg shape in the middle of the length, are placed face-to-face below a connecting portion where a fixed base and a movable base are flexibly connected. Assembled into a pantograph shape, the lower arm of the bending arm that composes the pantograph is equipped with wheels at the joints, and the lower pulley is provided, and each bending part of the bending arm is provided with a pair of upper pulleys facing each other. The wire drawn from the wire winding device provided on the base frame that supports one end of the fixed base is first hung on the lower pulley, and thereby, hung from one upper pulley to the other upper pulley to form a triangular loop on the lower pulley again. It is laid around, then hung on a folding pulley provided on the leg side that supports one end of the movable table, and the tip of the wire is passed again under the lower pulley to fix the end portion of the wire to the base frame, and the wire of the winding device. By pulling the upper pulleys together, the birefringent arm pieces are extended to push up the connecting portion between the fixed base and the movable base to make a waist break at the abutting portion of both bases, and then by winding the wire. Next, it is to provide a folding stage apparatus in which both folding pulleys are pulled to the base frame side and both bases are folded in half.

This wire 33 is a pulling means for folding the stage device, and when it is pulled to the base frame side by the drive of the winding device, the two stands 1 and 2 are folded in two with the connecting part in the center as a fulcrum. Will be struck. To explain this relationship in detail, when the wire 33 is pulled to the base frame side by a winding device (not shown), the wire stretched between the pulleys is tensioned and pulls the pulleys together. At this time, the pulling acts on the pulley 34 which is the farthest away from the base frame 4 and serves as the turning point. This pulley receives the weight of the movable base and supports the frames 9, 10 and 16, 17 in a straight line. As a result, the pulling is prevented, and as a result, the tension of the wire acts on the upper pulleys 24 and 25, which are free to move, and pulls these pulleys together.

Since the upper pulleys 24 and 25 are supported by the bending portions of the bending arm pieces 22 and 23 as described above, the arms bent in a dogleg shape are extended along with the pulling, and the intermediate leg connected to the upper end through this extension. The connecting member 5 is pushed up via 15.

Incidentally, this bending progresses to the point where the two bending arm pieces 22 and 23, which are bent in a V shape as shown in FIG. 2, extend in a substantially straight line by the mutual pulling of the upper pulleys.

When the fixed base 1 and the movable base 2 bend due to the extension of the bending arm piece, and the upper pulleys 24, 25 become inaccessible next time, the winding tension is again accumulated on the wire 33. The pulling force acts on the pulley 34, pulling the leg base 7 closer. The attraction of this pedestal continues as long as possible,
The fixed base and the movable base are folded in two to stand up.

Fig. 3 shows the state in which the two stands are folded and erected by winding the wire. As is clear from the comparison between Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the wire 33 is not folded in this fold. When the upper pulleys 24 and 25 come closer to each other and the return pulley 3
4 will be wound about the length which approached the base frame 4.

In this way, in order to unfold the folded stage for the next use, the wire 33 is fed out and the movable table 2 is pushed forward, and when pushed out to a certain degree, the movable table 2 is opened by its own weight. Will be self-propelled and flatten out. At this time, if the wire is gradually loosened, the shock at the time of deployment can be alleviated, but it is better to attach a cushioning material 37 to the lower end of the intermediate leg 15 in order to further absorb the shock of coming into contact with the floor.

[Advantages of the Invention] The folding stage apparatus of the present invention has been described above in detail with reference to the embodiments. However, as is clear from the above description, according to the apparatus of the present invention, it is installed oppositely by the wire winding operation. The upper pulleys provided in the bending part of the bending arm piece are pulled together, and along with this, the bending arm piece is extended to create a trigger for bending at the connection part between the fixed base and the movable base. It can be easily started, and smooth operation can be expected. In particular, in the folding stage apparatus of this kind, starting in the folding is the most important, but in the present invention, the bending portion of a pair of bending arm pieces assembled in a pantograph shape is extended by pulling the pulleys together. Since it is configured so that it can be reasonably made to fold, it causes an excessive burden on the pulling wire and the pivotal joint of the rotating arm in the above-mentioned conventional device. It has excellent effects in terms of operability and durability.
