For this reason, it is generally practiced to fit the joint cover into the joint between the exterior materials and to close the joint with the fin piece of the joint cover, but a groove is provided on the surface of the exterior material so as to cross the joint. If so, the fin piece floats from the bottom of the groove, and a gap is created between the groove and the fin piece, resulting in poor appearance, and there is a possibility that rainwater or the like may enter through the gap.

である。The present invention has a joint structure in which a joint cover 10 is arranged in a joint 1 which is a gap between adjacent exterior materials 3, 3, and the joint cover 10
Is a joint cover main body 5 which is delivered to the joint 1 and is joined to the discarding plate 7 that is in contact with the back side of the exterior material 3, and is extended from the surface side of the joint cover main body 5 to both sides to form the exterior. The joint cover body 5 is formed in a T-shaped cross section including a flexible fin piece 6 that is in contact with the surface of the material 3, and the joint cover body 5 has the entire surface that is deeper than the surface of the exterior material 3 and the exterior material. Three
It is characterized in that it is located deeper than the bottom surface of the concave groove 2 in the direction intersecting with the joint 1 provided on the surface. Therefore, the flexible fin piece 6 is drawn into the joint cover main body 5 which is deeper than the bottom of the concave groove 2 and bends along the surface of the concave groove 2 even at the position of the concave groove 2, so that the fin piece 6 is formed. It is possible to closely contact the surface of the exterior material 3 along the above, and to reliably make the fin piece 6 and the exterior material 3 face-to-face with each other to prevent the infiltration of moisture, and to store the joint 1 with a good appearance. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 4, an adhesive spacer 4 made of rubber or the like is fixed over the entire length of the surface of the metal discard plate 7. The spacer 4 has a constant width, and an engaging groove 9 for fitting the anchor portion 8 of the joint cover body 5 is formed on the upper surface of the spacer 4 over the entire length. Joint cover 10
Is a flexible synthetic resin fin piece 6 in the form of a band wider than the joint cover body 5 and the spacer 4 is integrally provided on the upper surface of the joint cover body 5 made of hard synthetic resin. Then, the ends of the exterior material 3 are overlapped on the surface of the discard plate 7 fixed on the outer wall base with nails or the like, and the spacer 4 is sandwiched between the ends of the exterior material 3 so that the joint 1 having a constant width is formed. While being formed, the spacer 4 prevents the infiltration of moisture. After this, the joint cover 10 is inserted into the engaging groove 9 of the spacer 4.
When the joint cover 10 is joined to the discard plate 7 to which the spacer 4 is fixed by press-fitting and engaging the anchor portion 8 of the joint 4, the fin pieces 6 of the joint cover 10 are attached to the outer cover material 3 on both sides of the joint 1. Interview the surface. Moreover, at this time, the entire surface of the joint cover body 5 portion of the joint cover 10 is not only deeper than the surface of the exterior material 3 as shown in FIG. 3, but also retracted deeper than the bottom surface of the concave groove 2. Since the fin piece 6 is pulled inward by the joint cover body 5, the flexible fin piece 6 bends along the concave groove 2 even at the position of the concave groove 2, and the fin piece 6 is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the fins 6 come into close contact with the surfaces of the edges of the exterior material 3 on both sides of the joint 1 over the entire length of the joint 1, and the fin piece 6 floats from the bottom of the groove 2 at the groove 2. There is no such a problem, and the appearance is also good.

The joint cover is formed in a T-shaped cross section including a flexible fin piece that is in contact with the surface of the exterior material, and the joint cover is formed deeper than the surface of the exterior material on the entire surface of the joint cover body and on the surface of the exterior material. The flexible fin piece bends along the surface of the concave groove even at the position of the concave groove because it is located deeper than the bottom surface of the concave groove in the direction intersecting with the joint, and the fin piece is jointed. It is possible to closely contact the surface of the exterior material along the above, and to reliably make the face contact between the fin piece and the exterior material to prevent the infiltration of moisture, and to store the joint with good appearance.
